POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Department Director, the Category Manager has oversight to center store categories in terms of itemization, innovation, and financial performance. The Category Manager qualifies vendors, evaluates bids, and negotiates prices and terms for purchased goods and services. The role is responsible for organizing and articulating the near and long-term strategic vision of their assigned categories and communicating that vision across the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Negotiate costs, promotions, assortment, and other metrics with vendors/suppliers for assigned categories of products managed;
- Analyze sales and profit performance for assigned categories and suppliers/vendors and make appropriate business decisions related to results;
- Assist procurement team in appropriate inventory management and creation of purchase orders for products handled through our self-distribution process. Negotiate favorable costs and terms;
- Dedicate appropriate time and effort into innovation of assortment and merchandising for assigned categories. Responsible for driving sales growth with new items and promotions;
- Complete full Category Review Process with all assigned categories minimally once per year;
- Accountable to full financial performance of the assigned categories;
- Provide strong customer service to Team Members;
- Manage relationships with Strategic Vendor Partners and garners support (financial, resources) to sustain the strategic vision;
- Develop Category Business Plans (CBP) for managed categories (if applicable);
- Work collaboratively with all Team Members to create effective vendor relationships establish strategic relations with key suppliers, and manage vendor funding to drive profitable category growth;
- Approve section sizes and adjacencies in schematic plans for individually managed categories;
- Assist with creation of business case for capital expenditures (shelving, fixtures, and store layout) to present to Senior Management;
- As required by specific department work with support staff and distribution center staff to maintain appropriate inventory levels, acceptable turns and good code dating for items purchased into the distribution centers;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience, preferred;
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in product negotiation and procurement;
- Knowledge of supplier and logistic systems, as well as knowledge of the federal grade/product standards and regulations;
- Understanding of store operations and merchandising methodologies and practices;
- Ability to integrate with local management, be part of a team, and drive business results;
- Ability to be persuasive and relentless in reinforcing the best interests of the company;
- Effective communicator, particularly when it comes to discussing Human Resources/Compliance matters with management or regular employees;

Job Purpose

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) across retail, logistics, and corporate teams.

- Manage vendor relationships related to logistics, packaging, supplies, facilities, and operational systems.

Profile:
The Retail Marketplace Operations Manager will support the following:
- Direct-to-consumer shipping activities including marketplace, drop-shipments, and direct to consumer
- Returns management and disposition
- Retail and outlet shipping for owned stores
The Manager will play a key role in fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders in Distribution Operations and the Retail team to optimize performance. This role will support the continuous improvement of the returns process, as well as helping to ensure timely and efficient delivery of merchandise directly to customers or GIII retail outlets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in returns management, e-commerce operations, and supply chain logistics, with strong leadership abilities to optimize these areas and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to analyze and accelerate strategies that define and implement best practices for merchandise returns, inventory placement, and disposition.

Position Objective:
The Product Development Manager role serves as a link between Design, Production, External Vendors/Mill and Sales/Merchandising. Each season, it is the Product Development Manager’s role to ensure sample yardage development is in line with our cost targets, timeline and brand material needs. Ideal candidate should have a strong sense of apparel construction, material sourcing and cost and clear understanding of development to production calendars. Must have great organizational skills and attention to detail. The Product Development Manager executes and communicates to suppliers/vendors our fabrication needs against the design color palette. Ownership of the fabric sample yardage request, material data sheet management, and communication of our company policies related to fabric.
Responsibilities:
- Manage fabric sample yardage WIP reports daily and keep relevant teams informed of any changes.
- Execute, update and manage the communication of all new fabric and color mini batch inquiries and distribute seasonal color palette.
- Follow through communication with supplier/vendors and overseas office on materials adopted for development (such as sample yardage guidelines, fabric detail sheets, traceability and pattern copyrights).
- Work with design to populate seasonal fabric cards for design boards.
- Distribute confirmed seasonal color palettes internally, overseas office and external supply chains.
- Review all sample yardage cuttings received against color standards. Request lab-dips on any colors not executed correctly on initial sample yardage.
- Work with VP of Fabric to ensure design team has proper fabrics for the season.
- Review all invoices related to sample yardage development at the end of each season.
- PD organization: This includes but is not limited to maintaining sample yardage seasonal binders and boards, tracking and logging in sample yardage references and managing incoming/outgoing color palette distribution.

Pay Range
$75,000 – $85,000 per year

We are looking for an HR Generalist based in our Corporate offices, who is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively to support our retail store locations across the region. This position will serve as a resource for field stores to support HR offices during times of absence, ensuring continuity of HR operations, while also contributing to special projects and initiatives within the Corporate HR department. Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a corporate-based HR resource for field store locations during HR offices absence, ensuring continuity of day-to-day HR operations including new hire system entry, employee relations, benefits administration and compliance
- Act as a liaison between field store management and the Corporate HR team, communicating policy updates, escalating complex issues, and delivering consistent HR guidance aligned with Company standards
- Travel up to 25% to field store locations as business needs dictate
- Support the management of the functions of the Human Resources Office
- Communicate and ensure consistent application of Company and Human Resources policies across field store locations
- Enter new hires into the HCM system and coordinate onboarding documentation and processes
- Maintain coworkers’ records in accordance with Company and government guidelines for reporting purposes
- Partner with store management to plan and ensure the successful orientation of new coworkers, providing remote support and resources to foster positive attitudes and improve associate retention
- Responsible for promoting, initiating, and maintaining all facets of benefits, compensation, and performance appraisal program
- Partner with on-site HR assistant and UKG analyst to ensure accurate timekeeping and payroll processing
- Handle all employee relations concerns with guidance from Corporate office
- Participate in and support special HR projects and initiatives assigned by the Corporate HR department
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree, preferred
- Prior retail sales management experience, preferred
- 4+ years Human Resources Generalist experience preferred.
- Creative problem solving and confidentiality skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to learn HR computer systems
- Schedule is primarily Monday through Friday; however, some weekend support may be required based on business need
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% to support field store locations as business needs dictate

Position Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Director of HR, Retail to lead HR strategy, employee relations, and compliance across our multi-state retail store fleet. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this role is a key advisor to retail field leadership and will ensure consistent, legally sound HR practices that support a high-performance, customer-focused culture. The ideal candidate is a strategic and experienced HR leader with deep expertise in retail operations, employment law, and multi-state compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead employee relations strategy and oversee complex workplace investigations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple jurisdictions
- Partner closely with Legal on risk mitigation, litigation support, and sensitive matters
- Coach and advise retail leadership on performance management, policy interpretation, and documentation standards
- Deliver compliance and management training to support operational excellence across stores
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with retail business objectives
- Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives within the retail division

Requirements:
- Ideal candidate must possess 3-5 years in the luxury business, strong team leadership, excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills required, energetic, outgoing, driven individual with an eye for women's fashion and passion to succeed. Strong visual background, sound organization and operational skills
- Minimum of 2 years retail Store Management position/experience in women’s apparel (or related field)
