• 12+ years of experience in consulting, data strategy, analytics, or digital transformation, with strong exposure to the Industrial or Communications sectors.

  
  

• Hands-on experience modernizing data ecosystems, including migrating from legacy on-premise platforms to modern cloud-native or hybrid cloud architectures.

  
  

• Deep expertise with major cloud platforms and their data/analytics stacks, including implementation experience with:

Currently, we are looking for a Senior Oracle Cloud Financials Solution Architect to join our team. This is a key role playing an integral part in our growing Oracle ERP practice. This is a full‑time position that can sit anywhere in the United States. Must be willing to travel to support clients onsite as needed.

The ideal candidate will have operated in a senior Architect capacity previously, is someone who can anticipate needs and take action to drive deliverables for continued project success. This position needs a leader who will not only architect solutions on implementations but also be part of a senior task force to help the practice grow. This includes maximizing sales opportunities by architecting and acting as the lead in creating Proposals, presenting and implementing Oracle ERP Cloud solutions to potential customers. The Solution Architect is responsible for the overall solution identification and architectural design for assigned projects and initiatives. Key responsibilities of the role are as follows:

Summary

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, setting up, modifying, optimizing, and monitoring manufacturing processes within the assigned facility. This role focuses on improving production efficiency, product quality, automation systems, and overall operational performance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and new equipment launches.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manufacturing Process Development

• Evaluate and understand key manufacturing processes from production, quality, and automation perspectives.
• Analyze manufacturing operations to identify process improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency opportunities.
• Conduct cycle time studies to identify production bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
• Monitor manufacturing performance and recommend process optimization strategies.

Continuous Improvement

• Lead and participate in continuous improvement (CI) initiatives aimed at improving plant safety, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and product quality.
• Identify and prioritize manufacturing problems and improvement opportunities.
• Apply structured problem-solving methodologies such as Six Sigma, 8D, and root cause analysis.

Equipment and Capital Projects

• Support new equipment launch initiatives including:
• RFQ preparation
• Supplier selection and evaluation
• Design reviews
• Equipment buy-off and validation
• Installation and commissioning
• Evaluate and identify cost-saving opportunities in production processes and equipment utilization.

Maintenance and Systems Collaboration

• Work closely with the maintenance team to implement and optimize a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to identify reliability improvements and implement CI initiatives.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Experience in stamping and welding operations, laser cutting forging is strongly preferred.
• Experience with heat treat, welding, and assembly processes is considered an asset.

Middleware Engineer

Contract to hire

Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)– Newtown Square, PA

The candidate will be a team player in a technology organization responsible for Middleware Infrastructure environment. The organization consists of highly trained system engineers and administrators, whose responsibilities include sustaining, engineering and production support of our Middleware environments. At client, Middleware technologies include OpenShift, Kubernetes, containers, Kafka, Apigee, IBM ESB, IBM MQ, Java, Tomcat, Apache, IIS etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Middleware products/environments including new installations, upgrades, maintenance and tuning, monitoring and capacity planning.
• Provide system/technical expertise while managing application deployments and troubleshooting application and platform issues.
• Participate in 24x7 rotational On-Call production Middleware Infrastructure administration support for business-critical applications.
• Design, build and manage OpenShift clusters across Development, test and production environments.
• Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines leveraging Jenkins, Git or similar
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes/OpenShift resources, Pods,Services,Routes,operators,Helm Charts etc.)
• Review system logs on critical servers regularly and address system generated errors and warnings immediately to ensure minimum downtimes and disruption to users
• Expertise in reviewing, implementing and supporting Enterprise Security solutions including Web Service Security, SSL Mutual Authentication, SSL certificate management.
• Expertise in Various middleware technologies including Apache, application and web servers, Expertise in administering and architecture of IBM MQ environments, Kafka, Apigee including deployment, upgrades, configurations, setup, performance tuning.
• Regularly review security patches on all servers and install the latest security patches/service packs periodically.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science , Information Technology with equivalent experience.
• At least ten(10) years of experience of overall support of Middleware Technologies and Infrastructure.
• 5-7 + years’ experience in containerization and Orchestration (Kubernetes, docker Etc.)
• Experience with Kubernetes concepts (pods, deployments, namespaces, RBAC, networking)
• Assist in updating documented guidelines and procedures for the IT-Infrastructure unit and ensure that the documentation reflects any/all procedural changes.
• Perform system health checks of core infrastructure systems as needed.
• Integrate proactive monitoring, logging and alerting using enterprise monitoring tools.
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Extensive experience and skill in the use of scripting (bash, python, PowerShell) to report on systems and automate processes.
• Participate in planning, testing and implementation of disaster recovery plans at the Primary and Secondary Disaster Recovery site.
• Certifications are preferred (i.e. Redhat OpenShift/Kubernetes certification,)
