If interested in this Forklift Driver position APPLY NOW for IMMEDIATE consideration Brittney Blackman | | text 5867107970 FORKLIFT DRIVER | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION: Location: Covington GA 30014 – 100% on-site Payrate: $19.50/hr Required Availability: Friday – Sunday, 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM (36 hours per week) FORKLIFT DRIVER | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS: The Forklift Driver will handle warehouse logistics including unloading trucks, verifying inventory, and preparing sterilization loads.

A key component of this position involves operating material handling equipment and ensuring all documentation meets quality system regulations.

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates FORKLIFT DRIVER | RESPONSIBILITIES: Unloading & Receiving: Unload inbound trucks, verify catalog numbers, lot numbers, quantities, and expiration dates.

Inventory Management: Complete transactions using IBM Data Collection scanners and operate inventory control systems.

Load Building: Assemble and build sterilization loads according to defined diagrams; place Biological Indicators (BI spores) into loads.

Equipment Operation: Drive forklifts and manual/automatic hand trucks to locate pallets into racks or bins.

Safety & Maintenance: Exercise safe lifting techniques and maintain an organized, acceptable work area per procedure.

FORKLIFT DRIVER | REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.

Certification: Must be certified to operate a forklift and manual/automatic hand truck (must pass Lift Drivers Test).

2+ years of experience operating material handling equipment, specifically stand-up fork trucks, is preferred.

Ability to perform basic mathematical computations and read/interpret distribution documents and specifications.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift/move up to 30 pounds, stand for prolonged periods, and perform repetitive bending and pulling.

Work Environment Environment may be fast-paced, hot, or humid.

Work involves being near moving mechanical parts and potentially loud noise levels.

Must be able to work with minimal supervision and follow both verbal and written instructions.
