Revision Clerk
Job Description
The Revision Clerk plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records by verifying, reconciling, and updating stock information in the warehouse management system. This position ensures the accuracy of physical inventory through audits and documentation checks, helping to support efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct physical inventory counts and compare them with system data to identify discrepancies.
Update and correct inventory records based on audits and reports.
Investigate and resolve inventory variances through coordination with warehouse staff.
Maintain accurate logs and records of adjustments, revisions, and stock movements.
Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory accuracy and revisions.
Support cycle counts, spot checks, and full inventory audits as needed.
Work closely with receiving, picking, and shipping departments to ensure data consistency.
Operate warehouse management systems (WMS), spreadsheets, and other software tools.
Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience in inventory control, data entry, or warehouse operations preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel and inventory software.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule:Full-time, 40 hours per week
9am-6pm
Physical Requirements:Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (exposure to noise, temperature changes, etc.).
