Job Description

The Customer Service Representative has many layers and components as we are heavily integrated with each function in Fiscal Intermediary Processing & Support Services and the company as a whole. Working with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, we are the β€œface and voice” of the company and as such; are first to hear of problems needing resolution; providers of program related resource information; and liaisons to other departments within the company.

  • Call center and phone customer service experience highly preferred
  • Bilingual preferred: Fluent in English and all languages
  • Stoughton office location
  • 6-8 weeks required in person for training, hybrid after training
  • Full time, 35 hours a week
  • Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm

Essential Functions

  • Answers consumer inquires by utilizing multiple modules and programs to assist in first call resolution

  • Address major yield and technical issues highlighted by tech leads and factory operation managers.

  • Perform data analysis and provide direction for overall product yield and performance improvement.

  • Facilitate collaboration across manufacturing work centers and design engineering.

  • Empower production test engineer to resolve complex failures through data driven troubleshooting technique.

  • Establish technical understanding of the product architecture, subassemblies, and test requirement.

  • Partner with test and design engineering team to develop sustaining solution to technical problems with root cause and corrective action identification. Β 

  • Requires direct support of manufacturing test activities and spending a large amount of time directly on the factory floor in support of a highly demanding dynamic environment.

The Integrated Systems Department supports Raytheon by providing world-class weapon systems engineering. Domain expertise includes radar systems, effector systems, battle management, command and control, network design, battlespace integration, and interoperability for both domestic and international customers.

You will work alongside motivated engineers who are responsible for conducting systems engineering studies and trades; supporting system requirements definition and analysis; and contributing to algorithm development, integration, test, and evaluation.

What You Will Do

  • Provide technical oversight and management for a variety of Systems Engineering efforts

  • Concept and requirements development (including decomposition and flowdown) within a mature product-line

  • Concept of Operations (CONOPS) development and design

  • Algorithm optimization and development

  • Multi-disciplinary development efforts across the kill-chain for an Air and Missile Defense System

  • Collaboration with customer to bring new capabilities to the warfighter

  • Functional analysis of real world and test data; trade studies to bring advanced features to fielded system

  • Support and lead Internal and External Program and Design Reviews

  • Collaborate with other IPT/CPT leads from the various functions and products

  • Support and lead Internal Research and Development for future capability upgrades

Qualifications You Must Have

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for the cost, schedule and execution of the Coyote Block 3 Plus (CB3+) Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) activities within a structure of CB3+ Cross Product / Systems.
  • Lead flight test, Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) proposal, HIL development, cross product verification testing, and cross product lab integration efforts.
  • Lead a cross product team of IPTLs and multidisciplinary engineers (~15-20).
  • Collaborate and effectively communicate with other CPTs, IPTs, program leadership, customers, and business associates both internal and external to Raytheon.
  • Support for budget and schedule efforts for multiple contracts by coordinating with program planning, finance, & leadership to execute Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis.
  • Coordinate with program and functional leadership to staff the team.
  • Travel up to 10%.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience managing cost, schedule, and execution for technical projects.
  • Experience leading/contributing to proposals, such as creating BOEs, contributing to leadership proposal reviews.
  • Program Manager Certification level six (6) or ability to obtain within the first year in the role.
