As a Manufacturing Manager at Reliable Robotics, you'll be responsible for manufacturing capacity and throughput, factory development and layout, leading a team of engineers and technicians, and improving our manufacturing processes to meet design, regulatory, and business requirements (including safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery). You will have overall accountability for the manufacturing output of a broad portfolio of products, including mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electrical/avionics assemblies. Responsibilities

• Responsible for building, testing, troubleshooting/diagnosing, inspecting, and maintaining Reliable-designed mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electrical/avionics assemblies, harnesses, and interconnects

• Lead, coach, and provide technical mentorship to a team of engineers and technicians; write bi-annual reviews and manage the team's performance

• Lead hiring, recruitment, and training for the technician team

• Lead efforts to transition our products from engineering development to production

• Develop processes to ensure accurate, current, and complete documentation (work instructions, inspections, tests, records, etc.) is utilized and maintained

• Ensure root-cause analysis is implemented and timely corrective actions are taken to maintain schedule, quality, and reliability

Basic Success Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace, or systems engineering

• 5+ years of manufacturing, design, and/or testing experience

• 3+ years of experience with computer-aided design (CAD) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software, such as Altium, NX, and Teamcenter

• Strong leadership, communication, team-building, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Success Criteria

• Experience with assembly, machining, fabrication, soldering, Electro-Static Discharge (ESD), Foreign Object Debris (FOD), and test methods

• Prior experience in troubleshooting, repairing, setting up, and operating complex hardware in a safety-critical environment

Responsibilities

In your role as a Client Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation of tools supporting the business internal needs and standards, as well as support of the IT related needs of our end-users. You will be involved in the design and implementation of tools and their supporting infrastructure, to improve the daily experience of our users across the entire business. This will include managing SaaS services, managing physical infrastructure, and cloud infrastructure to support the needs of the teams at Reliable. As a Lead Test Pilot you will have a senior leadership role within the flight operations team at Reliable Robotics. You will provide direction to the team, and be a leading voice to help guide the development of our safety enhancing technology. You will work in a highly collaborative environment and coordinate with multiple engineering teams across the company to develop and execute flight test plans.

Responsibilities

In your role as Lead Test Pilot, your primary role will be to lead a team of highly motivated flight test pilots and engineers. You will also be responsible for developing and safely executing flight test plans in support of research and development efforts, and will fly the aircraft in both onboard and remote configurations. You will coordinate the training and scheduling of contract pilots, and help to ensure that all aspects of experimental flight operations are set up for safety and success. You will coordinate with Reliable's Part 135 airline operations to support standardization of pilot procedures across the organization. Throughout the development process, you will be instrumental in the execution of flight tests, data reviews, and proper operation of the system.

Basic Success Criteria

• FAA Commercial Pilot ASEL with 1500 total flight hours, including at least 500 fixed wing and 500 turbine engine

• Experience performing a secondary skillset while piloting (e.g. tactical aircraft, firefighting, cropdusting, SAR, ISR, law enforcement, etc.)

• Current Second Class FAA Medical Certificate or higher

• 2+ years of experience in an aviation leadership role

Preferred Criteria

• Graduate of an SETP recognized flight test school

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline or equivalent industry experience

• Recent Caravan or PT6A experience

• Diversity of experience in multiple aircraft/ airframes

• CFII or military flight instructor

This is a greenfield opportunity with the responsibility of defining a company-wide physical automation roadmap, with the end goal being a no-human interaction with machines across their operations and maintenance. Location: Warsaw, IN

Role Overview

We are seeking Robot Programmers/Technicians with hands-on Fanuc robotics experience to support integration and commissioning efforts for a high-volume automotive manufacturer in Northern Indiana.

This role requires strong hands-on experience with Fanuc robotics, body shop applications, and special means build. The selected candidates will support programming, touch-ups, commissioning, and quality collaboration during pre-commissioning and launch phases.

This is a high-impact, floor-support role in an active manufacturing and commissioning environment.

Mandatory Skills

• 2–5 years of experience with robot setup, troubleshooting, and/or programming
• Experience with Fanuc robotics (SpotTool+ & V9.40 for R30iB Plus controller preferred)
• Certification-only Fanuc experience is acceptable
• Must be willing to work onsite in Warsaw, IN – 6 days/week, 12-hour shifts
