The role is not about training models and does not involve academic Machine Learning research. It is about building the rails that make AI usable in a high-stakes financial environment. You will bridge the gap between our robust C#/.NET architecture and the probabilistic world of LLMs.
Title and Escrow is a document-heavy industry with zero room for error. Your mission is to use AI to clean up the messiness of real-world real estate data.
You will solve problems like:
- Structured Data Extraction: Converting messy, unstructured data (like emails, PDFs, documents) from various sources into strictly validated JSON schemas with as close to 100% accuracy as possible.
- Escrow Automation: Designing workflows that reduce human intervention by 50% by intelligently routing tasks based on AI analysis.
- Fraud Detection: Implementing deterministic logic checks on bank and financial documents to detect fraud patterns before they happen.
- Engineer the Integration: Writing production-grade code that interacts with external AI APIs
- "Prompt Engineering" as Code: You won't just write prompts; you will version, test, and optimize them. You will define strict schemas to ensure the AI speaks the language of our internal tools.
- Orchestrate & Validate: Help in building the logic that parses AI responses, validates them against our database (MongoDB), and flags inconsistencies before they reach the user.

About This Role
This isn't a traditional engineering role where you'll receive detailed specifications and build to order. We're looking for someone who digs into problems firsthand—someone who asks "why" until they truly understand what's broken, then builds the solution themselves.
If you've ever been frustrated by the gap between people who understand the customer and people who can build technology, this role exists because we share that frustration. We want someone who can do both.
What You'll Do
You'll use AI tools—particularly Claude Code and the Claude platform—to build solutions that solve real problems in mortgage lending. Not proofs of concept. Real tools that people use every day.
Examples of problems you might tackle:
- Loan conditions arrive from Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA, and FHA in different formats. Loan officers spend hours reconciling them. Build something that consolidates and deduplicates them automatically.
- Underwriters spend significant time on tasks that could be automated, but "that's how it's always been done." Identify which tasks, understand why, and build the automation.
- Compliance requirements evolve constantly. Build systems that can adapt without requiring lengthy development cycles.
You won't always be handed a clear spec. You'll often be handed a problem—sometimes a vague one—and expected to dig in until you understand it well enough to solve it.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- You can build working software. You don't need a team of engineers to ship something useful. Claude Code, Python, JavaScript, APIs—you're comfortable getting hands-on.
- You go deep on problems. When someone says "we need a dashboard," you ask what decision they're trying to make. When they say "it takes too long," you ask how long, why, and what happens as a result.
- You're persistent. You don't hear "that's not possible" and stop there. You get curious and look for another way.
- You communicate well across audiences. Executives, loan officers, underwriters, compliance teams—you can work with all of them effectively.

The Revenue Growth Manager will apply analytics to better understand, predict, and shape the customer path-to-purchase. This will optimize everyday product pricing, as well as promotional frequency and depth at key customers, while driving profitable revenue growth. This role will lead the business unit in achieving the goal of optimizing trade and marginal contribution through the use of elasticity-based modeling tools: the PTA tool for the grocery and mass merchandising channels, and the elasticity tool for the natural channel. The Revenue Growth Manager will encourage stronger cross-functional collaboration, embrace dynamic scenario planning, and adopt more joint value approaches with retailers. This role reports to the Senior Director, Customer Strategy and Planning.
From your EXPERTISE to ours
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Lead the creation of overall market strategy, as well as customer specific everyday price and promotional strategy including the development of Average Margin Per Sale (AMPS) (merchandising and pricing) and net unit cost guidelines, as well as the overall management of Total LUSY and customer specific trade. Builds and shares practices with cross-functional teams including Customer Strategy and Planning, Field Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Commercial Finance.
- Utilize elasticity-based modeling tools to identify optimal everyday pricing and promotional plans for our key brands, and pack groups for our top customers.

Job Description
We're hiring a Regional Sales & Brand Development Lead to help build Brakebee's national, in-person sales organization from the ground up, starting in the Phoenix region.
This role is intentionally designed to start hands-on in the field , while being based out of our Phoenix office from day one. You will sell directly at events, develop wholesale relationships, and work closely with leadership to learn the market, refine strategy, and prove what works. This phase is foundational — it's how you gain the insight and credibility needed to design systems and lead a team effectively.
As traction builds, your role evolves. You'll gradually shift from personal selling into system design, supervision, and team-building : documenting workflows, hiring and training reps, and transitioning personal accounts into repeatable team-led processes. Over time, this role grows into department leadership , focused on strategy, performance, and scaling the model across new territories.
This is an entrepreneurial opportunity for someone who wants to build the machine, then lead it — not manage from the sidelines.
What You'll Do (Initial Phase)
* Drive direct retail and event sales for Brakebee's in-house art and gourmet lines (requires significant weekend commitments to retail events during build up phase)
* Build wholesale relationships with galleries, boutiques, and specialty retailers
* Represent the brand professionally in the field and at industry events
* Collaborate with leadership on pricing, pitches, and sales strategy
What You'll Do (Growth Phase)
* Design and document repeatable sales systems and workflows
* Hire, train, and supervise field reps as territories expand - your commission structure will shift to support expansion as you transition into this managerial role.
* Transition personal sales into team-owned systems
* Gain exposure to corporate and enterprise account development as part of your progression toward department leadership
* Build a scalable regional model that can be replicated nationally
What We're Looking For
* Experience in sales, wholesale, events, or relationship-driven environments
* Strong communication skills and comfort selling in person
* High energy, self-directed, and performance-oriented
* Willingness to start hands-on and grow into leadership
* Interest in art, design, or creative commerce is a plus
* Comfortable starting hands-on to learn the business, then building the systems and teams needed to scale it
Compensation & Growth
* Base Salary: $35,000-$45,000 (DOE)
* Commission:
* * 10% on personal field sales
* Leadership overrides on team performance as reps are added
* Earning Potential:
* * Uncapped commission with significant upside tied to personal performance and team growth
* Income increases as focus shifts from individual sales to building and leading a team
* Structure:
* * Compensation is intentionally designed to reward leadership and team-building over long-term individual selling
* Enterprise and corporate accounts are centrally managed, with origination and maintenance incentives for reps involved
