Responsibilities include managing crews and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, preparing and following project schedules, and coordinating resources and materials to optimize efficiency. The role requires collaboration with project management teams and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Monitor and document all SWPPP, BMP and storm related paperwork related to the project including job surveys and updating of the SWPPP plans and keeping all files up to date.
Leadership and Communication:
- Provide leadership by using effective verbal and written communications to manage the subcontractors and field personnel as well as interact with the Owner, Architect and Consultants on behalf of the company.
- Organize and lead project meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure all parties understand and fulfill their obligations.
Contract and Compliance Management:
- Ensure compliance with general conditions and contract requirements, monitoring contract documents for conformance and execution.
- Negotiate subcontract and purchase order terms, oversee subcontract execution, and manage subcontractor claims.

Quality and Safety Assurance:
- Participate in Operations and Safety meetings, promoting and enforcing jobsite safety.
- Start up the project assessing safety requirements and site logistics. Schedule and document safety start up meetings with the subcontractors reviewing Cannon Building’s safety requirements, OSHA requirements, Site Specific Safety requirements and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities:
* Assist Project Management to develop an initial project schedule. Create and maintain 3-week look-ahead schedules and communicate sequence and schedule updates to all subcontractors
* Develop, maintain, and enforce a project site logistics and temporary facilities plan.
* Develop, implement, maintain, and enforce a project site specific safety program in accordance with Policies and Processes, OSHA requirements, local, state, and federal laws to include all subcontractors.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Sales & Preconstruction Estimator to drive business development efforts while leading the preconstruction process from concept through project kickoff. AS A PROJECT MANAGER II, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

- Actively participate in bidding and pre-construction services.

Be an active member and leader within the Graycor Construction Company, actively participating in committees, make recommendations for new initiatives, and embrace new policies related to Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement Programs, Lean Construction, and Zero Punch Lists.
TO BE A SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
- A minimum of seven (7) years of relevant construction operations experience, with experience managing distribution center and/or light industrial manufacturing construction projects.
- A bachelor degree, preferably in construction management, engineering or a related field.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 20%.

DGG is seeking an experienced construction professional to serve in a combined role of Superintendent, QCM, and SSHO on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and/or Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) federal projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily field operations and supervise construction crews and subcontractors
- Develop, implement, and manage project Quality Control (QC) Plans
- Conduct site safety inspections, enforce EM 385-1-1 and OSHA standards, and lead safety briefings
- Coordinate with subcontractors, QCMs, SSHOs, and Superintendents on new Definable Features of Work (DFOW)
- Review and manage submittals, RFIs, contract documents, and quality/safety documentation
- Track deficiencies and verify resolution through follow-up inspections

Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional construction experience
- 3+ years serving as a Superintendent, QCM, and/or SSHO on USACE or NAVFAC federal construction projects
- Experience implementing a three-phase Quality Control (QC) plan
- Strong knowledge of contract specifications, federal construction standards, quality control, and safety requirements
- OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety Certification or equivalent
- Must be proficient with USACE RMS, NAVFAC QCS, or similar project reporting software for tracking DFOW, inspections, incidents, schedules, and progress
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
- Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills
- Experience managing schedules, budgets, and multi-disciplinary field teams effectively
