The Benefits Manager will oversee and manage the administration of health and welfare benefits programs within the professional services industry.
This role requires expertise in benefits management and a commitment to ensuring compliance and excellence in service delivery.

Description Manage and administer benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Coach and manage one direct report.
Prepare and analyze benefits data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Ensure accurate and timely communication of benefits updates and changes to leaders.
Oversee benefits enrollment processes and maintain accurate records.
Support audits and reporting requirements as needed.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelors degree (required).
Proficiency in Workday (required).
People management experience (required).
Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $135,000 to $150,000 USD.
