The Care Partner is a support care provider who functions under the direction of the Registered Nurse. Orlando Health announces an exceptional opportunity for an exemplary leader to serve as the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) of Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children and Assistant Vice President, Orlando Health. Reporting to Justin Williams, President OHAPH, the next CNO will serve as the Chief Nurse Executive and a member of the executive leadership team for OHAPH. Primary Responsibilities

- Apply various techniques to reduce pain, improve strength, mobility, and endurance
- Instruct patients in proper exercise techniques and individualized home exercise programs
- Accurately document patient progress and services in NetHealth (EHR software)
- Collaborate effectively with therapists, physicians, case managers, techs, and the broader care team
- Participate in department improvement initiatives and program development
