These computer software applications will be used to define process and identify in advance any potential process risk with the use of PFMEA technique to ensure the correct integration of processes on time, in a safety matter and in accordance with product specifications.
- As part of Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) development, Vehicle Process Engineer will generate the initial list of PFMEAs to be carried out according to the new processes requirements. It also includes the follow-up of open recommended actions with responsible(s) up to which all the actions will be closed as well.
- Vehicle Process Engineer will be responsible to perform the new and update process documents for the current and new vehicle product programs produced by Toluca Plant, it includes all product parts end items, parts change last level released by product engineering that may affect the process(es) and the inclusion of the changes into the processes should be done considering the product implementation date specified in the engineering change Vehicle Process Engineer will be able to understand the product specifications included in the Engineering Bill of Material (EBOM) system, Product Change Notes (CNs) and Engineering Bulletins.

Specializes in designing and implementing the manufacturing processes for the injection molding department. Driver of safety, continuous improvement objectives, quality control standards, and process activities for engineering technicians and process technicians. Supports the improvement of operations and reducing operating costs.
- Provide support and direction to Process Engineers, PE technicians, process technicians, and production personnel as needed
- Develop and maintain injection molding processes and new manufacturing methods
- Provide course of action for manufacturing issues, out-of-control processes, and quality discrepancies
- Applying root cause analysis practice to solve problems
- Gather and analyze data for understanding and guiding improvement plans for key process indicators including quality, scrap, cycle time, and cost reduction
- Support standardization of equipment and procedures to meet Utz Global and Fit-4-Future initiatives
- Support new mold launches and samplings
- Key user of MES, Authentig, and remote maintenance
- Knowledge source for plant-wide system processes (i.e. Oni, Motan, etc.)
- Interface with various vendors for services, equipment, and capital improvement
- Maintain current documentation used and continue to develop new resources and SOP’s necessary to support process functions and maintain project deadlines
- Work closely with Injection Molding Manager to create and drive employee development plans for applicable team members.
- Provide on-sight training for technical staff as needed as part of employee development
- Assist in maintaining machines and equipment
- Part of a cross-functional team working with Maintenance, Tooling, Design Engineering, and Automation to address issues, complete project goals, and develop improvement ideas
- Capital improvement projects (selection, justification, quoting, installation) and working within budgetary requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Technical, Engineering) preferred Associate Degree considered
- 2 years of experience in injection molding process engineering or
- 7+ years of experience in injection molding process with aptitude to above requirements
- Must be able to communicate well with various team members and present information in a clear, concise manner to all aspects of the organization
- Must follow established company guidelines and perform duties in a satisfactory manner

EGS is seeking a Chemical Process Engineer to support nuclear material processing systems, enrichment‐related technologies, and high‐hazard chemical operations. This role provides process design, system development, troubleshooting, testing, and operational support for systems involving vacuum environments, cryogenic fluids, and related process supporting systems. This role contributes to the design, installation, and operation of multiple process areas and may also serve as the responsible engineer for the design, installation and operation for a process area.
This is a long term (3-4 year) contract position located in Oak Ridge, TN that comes with top competitive rates, great benefits and government Per Diem for living expenses. Must be US Citizen.
Key Responsibilities
- Support process design and operation of systems handling uranium‐bearing materials, including cryogenic systems, vacuum systems, and high‐temperature furnace environments.
- Develop and optimize process parameters for batch and continuous operations, including thermal, vacuum, gas flow, and material handling characteristics.
- Provide input to design packages, work packages, and process change documentation for nuclear or high‐hazard chemical systems.
- Perform field walkdowns to verify existing configurations, gather process data, and support constructability and installation planning.
- Support testing, evaluation, and operation of R&D‐scale or prototype chemical process equipment.
- Contribute to system troubleshooting, operational support, and identification of process improvements for nuclear and chemical systems.
- Support safety basis documentation, hazard evaluations, and compliance activities for systems operating under DOE/NNSA or NRC requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, nuclear engineering, material science, material science engineering, mechanical engineering, or another related field.
- Typically, 10+ years of experience in an engineering role.
