Senior Project Manager

SLS Consultants is a turnkey owner's representative managing some of the most complicated and interesting real estate and construction projects nationwide. Being partnered with some of the world's largest data center developers, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join and play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve success.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from conception to completion whilst delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate contracts, manage change orders, and ensure projects adhere to strict compliance standards.
• Oversee on-site construction activities, collaborate effectively with contractors and subcontractors.
• Analyze budgets, manage project costs, and diligently track expenses.
• Ensure construction quality and oversee the procurement and installation of furniture, equipment, and fixtures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in real estate development, construction, or design
• Data center, semiconductor or healthcare experience preferred
• Proficient in project management tools, project accounting, and construction drawings.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
