Fleet Manager - Mechanical Servicing Company - Base Salary to 70k/year - Phoenix, AZ

• Our client, a strong commercial mechanical servicing company, has an immediate need for a Fleet Manager, to be based out of the Phoenix, AZ area. This is a role that will regularly report to the office located in Phoenix. Our client has a great reputation in the Phoenix area and has been providing mechanical solutions to building owners and facility managers for more many years. The company strives to put the customer first, which is why they have such a strong reputation in the industry

Responsibilities:

• The Fleet Manager will be responsible for over 100 vehicles. They will be responsible for managing and coordinating maintenance and repairs for the vehicles, monitoring telemetrics, cameras, speeding, and reckless driving. The Fleet Manager will also be responsible for maintaining the licensing and overseeing the warehouse and delivery drivers.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate for this role will have 2+ years of experience managing fleet. The candidate should be comfortable interacting with autobody shops, strong organizational and coordinating skills, and be able to multi-task. They should be able to work in a team, as well as thrive individually.

Compensation:

• Compensation for this position includes a base salary in the 60k – 70k/year range. Our client also provides a comprehensive benefits package, generous paid time off, 401k contribution, and more.
