Third-party or C2C candidates will not be considered Job Duties Works across the company functionally to meet internal and external customer needs to help support field operations.
Support operations and capital workloads and projects within an office setting: o Monitoring workloads to satisfy customer service requests and compliance requirements o Analyzing data and forecasting o Creating work orders and assigning to field personnel o Updating of company systems o Direct line of support to field personnel o Coordinating with shop management Navigates and utilizes various customer information and operational systems to input, update, and change customer or system-related information.
Minimum Qualifications: 5 years Standard computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) 5 years Identifying and implementing solutions to problems.
High School Diploma, HSED or GED Preferred Qualifications The ideal candidate must exhibit the following: Ability to provide excellent customer service Exceptional communication skills Ability to multitask Self-motivated but also works well within a team About us: DivIHN, the 'IT Asset Performance Services' organization, provides Professional Consulting, Custom Projects, and Professional Resource Augmentation services to clients in the Mid-West and beyond.
