- Must be willing to privilege for 4 locations
- 50% endoscopy at one facility
- Peripheral nerve blocks, general, neuro/spine, vascular, ortho
- PALS, ACLS, BLS certification required
- Cases include robotics, cardiac, thoracic procedures
- No training for blocks provided
- Hospital privileges required
