Our client is launching a new service division focused on the testing and certification of laboratory fume hoods, biosafety cabinets, and cleanroom systems — and we’re looking for our first key hire to help build it.

What You’ll Do

Train, coach, and lead future team members as the company grows
Identify service opportunities and support project estimating

What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in HVAC, cleanroom, or lab equipment service (TAB, BSC, or fume hood experience a plus)
Strong technical aptitude with airflow testing and digital instruments
Great communicator who enjoys solving problems and helping clients
Organized and comfortable managing multiple jobs at once
Willing to travel regionally (up to 50–60%)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work safely in mechanical spaces
Preferred
Familiarity with NSF 49, ASHRAE 110, NEBB, or AABC standards
OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification
Experience in startup environments or small business operations
Bachelor’s or associate degree in a technical or engineering field

Job Summary The Assistant Chief Executive Officer (ACEO) is a key member of the hospital's senior leadership team and participates in operational and strategic decision-making processes that drive the hospital's mission, performance, and growth. The ACEO supports the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in overseeing hospital operations, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field required
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare Administration (MHA, or related field required
- 5-7 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, with 4-5 years with in operation or executive-level management
- Prior experience overseeing multiple hospital departments or service lines preferred

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (and doing well!)
- Inspect, service, test, and maintain fire suppression systems, including fire extinguishers and kitchen hoods.
- Complete basic to standard level complexity repair of fire extinguishers, systems cylinders, and DOT-specified cylinders.
- Produce detailed commissioning and inspection reports in accordance with NFPA.
- Responsible for complex troubleshooting and effective resolution.

RN - Emergency Services at Providence Milwaukie Hospital is 0.9 FTE full time position working during weekdays and weekends on a night shift.
This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $8,000. Eligible external hires must meet the required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Located just outside of Portland, our beautiful state-of-the-art facility was designed by veterinarians to include ample treatment space, room for growth, and second-story surgical suites with large windows and natural lighting. As the oldest referral vet practice in Oregon, we take pride in our reputation to our community and remain dedicated to bettering patient outcomes. In addition to our dedicated, tenured staff, our 11,000 square foot-of-the-art hospital is fully equipped with 8 exam rooms, 3 surgery suites, a well-equipped central ICU, extensive in-house diagnostics including ultrasound, endoscopy, CT, digital x-ray, and in house IDEXX laboratory. The surgical suite has piped-in nitrogen and oxygen, digital capabilities, and is in a central location for surgery prep and ultrasound. Additionally, the facility has a radioactive license for any surgeon interested in offering Synovetin OA treatment, which is now fully approved in Oregon.
The area offers a multitude of activities for outdoor enthusiasts including hiking, camping, fishing, boating, and skiing. Wind down with an abundance of boutique shopping, artisan markets, craft breweries and vineyards, and farm-to-table dining. The region is filled with historical monuments and cultural attractions allowing as many day-trip adventures as you can imagine! The breathtaking Oregon coastline, Mt. Hood, Seattle, and Mount St. Helens are all within driving distance, while downtown Portland is only a few minutes from the hospital. Your tasks will include diagnosing complex maintenance issues, conducting vehicle inspections, performing road tests, and operating specialized equipment commonly used in the automotive repair industry.
Here's what you'll be able to achieve in this position: • Perform diagnostics and testing • Install and connect various electrical wiring systems • Conduct functional tests on electrical systems • Identify and rectify any issues discovered • Install electrical panels and miscellaneous components in accordance with engineering specifications • Ensure work quality through thorough inspections • Interpret and understand schematics • Assess vehicle damage or malfunctions, providing repair recommendations, parts lists, and estimated repair times • Accurately perform under-car, under-hood, and preventive maintenance inspections • Troubleshoot issues related to the work performed To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: • High school diploma or GED • General experience in automotive maintenance • Familiarity with brake and steering systems • Strong background in electrical and/or automotive wiring • Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems • Proficiency in electronic troubleshooting and repair • Exceptional mechanical problem-solving skills • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment What we offer you: • A work-life balance with Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM working hours, with no late nights or weekends.
