Role Description
The Inside Sales Representative supports customers in the food, beverage, dairy, and pharmaceutical processing industries by providing product expertise, responsive support, and accurate order management. This role focuses on sanitary process components, hygienic equipment, CIP/COP solutions, fluid handling products, and related items used in regulated production environments. The Inside Sales Representative works closely with customers, vendors, outside sales, and operations to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support & Technical Sales
  • Serve as the primary internal contact for processors, OEMs, contractors, and integrators in the food & beverage industry.
  • Understand customer applications such as fluid transfer, mixing, CIP/COP processing, ingredient handling, and production line workflows.
  • Recommend appropriate sanitary products including:
  • Pumps, valves, and flow components
  • Sanitary fittings, tubing, and piping (3‑A, BPE, FDA‑compliant)
  • Hoses, gaskets, clamps, and seals
  • Filters, strainers, and instrumentation
  • Provide technical product information, pricing, lead times, and availability.
Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Generate revenue through inbound orders and proactive outbound follow‑up.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities based on customer applications and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for both standard items and engineered solutions.
  • Track open quotes, follow up regularly, and support outside sales initiatives.
Order Processing & Coordination
  • Enter, manage, and track customer orders in the ERP system with high accuracy.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams on shipping, special handling, inventory levels, and delivery schedules.
  • Troubleshoot order discrepancies, backorders, returns, and quality concerns related to sanitary processing standards.
  • Work with procurement and vendors to confirm pricing, lead times, and product specifications.
Industry Compliance & Product Knowledge
  • Maintain working knowledge of sanitary processing standards including:
  • 3‑A Sanitary Standards
  • FDA, USDA, and FSMA requirements
  • Material compatibility and hygienic design principles
  • Support customers by identifying compliant solutions for high‑purity or hygienic applications.
  • Participate in vendor training to stay updated on new sanitary technologies and product offerings.
Collaboration & Administrative Support
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes, customer profiles, and activity logs.
  • Support outside sales in project tracking, quoting, and sourcing specialized sanitary components.
  • Assist with inventory review, cycle counts, and forecasting needs based on customer demand.
Qualifications
Required
  • 1–3 years of inside sales or customer service experience in distribution, industrial supply, sanitary processing, or related fields.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and systems-driven Wholesale Operations & Logistics Coordinator to power the operational backbone of our wholesale and Ecommerce division. This role owns core wholesale operations including ERP accuracy, inventory integrity, 3PL execution, routing and compliance, EDI performance, and operational reporting. You’ll work closely with Sales, Senior Operations Leadership and our 3PL to ensure flawless execution from preorder planning to outbound shipments at scale. This role partners daily with our Senior Operations Leadership to ensure products continue to flow to our customers.


ERP / Systems Ownership

  • Maintain accurate style, pricing, attributes, UPCs, and customer data in AIMS36 using details provided by cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure data integrity across AIMS360, NuOrder, and internal operational tools.
  • Manage seasonal ERP → B2B data syncs to support go-to-market readiness.
  • Audit and maintain clean, structured data used across Sales, Finance, and Operations.
  • Inventory & Data Integrity
  • Own daily and weekly inventory accuracy, variance analysis, and stock adjustments.
  • Lead cycle counts and investigates discrepancies with 3PL leadership.
  • Reconcile ERP vs. warehouse inventory and implement corrective workflows.


EDI & Compliance Management

  • Monitor, validate, and troubleshoot EDI transmissions and retailer requirements.
  • Ensure routing guide compliance across major accounts.
  • Partner with the 3PL on correct packing, ticketing, labeling, and compliance standards.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis for chargebacks and operational deductions.


3PL Coordination & Execution

  • Partner daily with our 3PL to ensure on-time pick, pack, and shipment execution.
  • Communicate order waves, shipping priorities, routing rules, and packing standards.
  • Address exceptions quickly: shorts, overages, ASN errors, carton discrepancies, pick issues.
  • Daily check in on DTC order fulfillments
  • Address any issues with 3PL regarding DTC order issues.


Fulfillment Oversight

  • Monitor live fulfillment progress across WMS dashboards and AIMS360.
  • Align ship windows and order priorities with Sales.
  • Validate labels, ASN data, carton counts, and documentation before order closure.


Operational Reporting

  • Produce weekly reporting on inventory availability, fulfillment progress, and EDI transmission health.
  • Support leadership with operational dashboards and KPI visibility.


Performance & Process Improvement

  • Review weekly 3PL KPIs: SLA compliance, accuracy, throughput, inventory health.
  • Identify bottlenecks and lead cross-functional workflow improvements.
  • Ensure 3PL adheres to routing, compliance, packaging, and ticketing standards.
  • Act as the primary operational bridge between HTG and our 3PL partners.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

The RT II is responsible for delivering patient care in complex, multiple problem-patient care situations. The majority of time is in critical care areas with protocol ventilator management, significant independent decision-making and self direction. In addition, to patient care delivery, the RT II is responsible for patient, family/support system education, coordination of activities, staff development, and professional and self-developmental activities. The RT II is responsible for providing patient care with an understanding and awareness of population specific needs. The RT II addresses the biological, emotional, and developmental, psychosocial, and patient/family education needs when providing care to the patient. Also participates in the education of new employees and others.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions

Provides Customer Service

- Completion of patient care, documentation and education

- Team approach to service

- Promotes a team spirit and positive work environment

- Provides supportive environment for students and staff

Administers Quality Patient Care

- Performs patient assessment & assessment for therapy

- Collaborates with health care team members in planning patient care

- Verifies orders and administers aerosolized medication, bronchial hygiene, volume expansion, oxygen & medical gas therapy

- Performs ventilator management, weaning, wave form graphic interpretation; airway management (intubation, extubation, trach tube change and care)

- Performs arterial blood gas sampling & analysis

- Educates patient and mentors/precepts new employees, students and peers

- Location Specific: Assisting in invasive and non-invasive procedures, Cardiac Service procedures, Pulmonary Diagnostic Testing

Provides Safe & Quality Environment

- Promotes current and accurate electronic orders, charting and charging

- Promotes high level of patient safety (Medication Safety, NPSG, etc)

- Promotes Performance Improvement initiatives designed to promote quality care

- Promotes evidence based practice

- Reviews the revised and new DPPs

Qualifications

Required Minimum Education

- Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy education program (CoARC or CAAHP) with minimally 20 quarter hours of science. Required

- Associate's Degree A.S. degree required Required

- Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Required Minimum Experience

- 0-2 yrs clinical experience with minimal 6-months critical care Required

Required Minimum Skills

- Ability to communicate well, critical thinking skills, establish and maintain working relationships with physicians and other health care professionals, and computer skills including familiarity with databases.

- Good customer relation, assessment, and communication skills are a must for this job.
