• PSS certificate is preferred but not required, must enroll in PSS course upon hire and complete course within 6 months. Reimbursement for course fees after meeting work requirements. Or possess and maintain an active CNA certification. Current PSS certificate or CNA certification is highly preferred
  
• One year of clinical experience in home care preferred
  
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  
• Successful passing of background checks
  

Consults, evaluates, plans and administers skilled Speech Therapy services prescribed by a physician to homebound patients  to restore function, communication and cognitive ability to restore maximal potential and prevent disability following illness, disease, injury, or surgery.  Collaborates with Inter-disciplinary team members to assure patient's needs are met, and quality of care is achieved.  When acting as the patient care manager, will manage, oversee and provide primary patient care delivery to a select group of patients supporting  the patient centered care model, assuring quality and maintaining open communication. Interacts with any and all members of the care group both internal and external to the organization as needed.

Quick job details:Location: Mountain Home, ARSpecialty/Setting: OBGYN Clinic, stand-alone, hospital owned.

Brand new-state of the art facility.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00 AM
- 5:00 PM, no weekends.

1:4 call.

Ideal Start Date: 60-90 days, ideal.

Patient Volume: Average of 700 babies delivered in 2023.Job Requirements: Must be BC or BE in OB/GYN.

and have an AR license, or be willing to obtain.

Compensation: Base salary of 350,000-360,000 per year, plus bonuses.
