Boeing Commercial Airplanes is excited to offer opportunities for a Press Operator, Hydraulic & Mechanical A, to join our Fabrication team in Algona, Auburn, and Everett Washington.
As a Press Operator Hydraulic & Mechanical A, you will be a vital part of our manufacturing team, responsible for setting up and operating hydraulic and mechanical presses to shape and form various materials. Your role will involve obtaining work packages, performing safety checks, and ensuring that all equipment is properly set up and maintained. You will utilize your technical skills to troubleshoot issues, verify material quality, and collaborate with team members to optimize production processes. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will directly contribute to our operational success.

Position Responsibilities:
Obtain work package from the ready-to-work rack, work board, or assigned by Team Lead, or run previously set-up jobs by reviewing tie-ins from prior operators.
Operate a computer to access information from prints, sketches, drawings, layout documents, and Boeing (BAC) specifications.
Perform safety checks on machines, ensuring the area is clear of obstacles, power switches are off, and safety guards are installed.
Move heavy materials, equipment, tools, and dies to the work area using stackers, Kalamar, die loaders, or overhead cranes, asking for assistance as needed.
Check steam lines for cracks or cuts and verify o-rings are properly seated prior to hookup.
Preheat dies and punches using electricity or steam, and verify temperature accuracy for hot dies with a temperature stick or pyrometer.
Determine machine setup by reviewing work orders, tooling usage instructions, and die setup charts, making adjustments as required.
Load and secure dies into the press, checking for defects and torquing as necessary.
Examine tools, dies, and fixtures for damage, separating them using appropriate handling procedures.
Set up press cycle programs using control panels or manual switches to adjust height, stroke, pressure, and cycle time.
Develop patterns when necessary, cutting and tailoring materials like fiberglass and graphite to die requirements.
Perform pull-outs on various types of metal and alloy tubes using a hydraulic tube pull-out machine.
Verify that materials are free from burrs and debris, using hand deburring tools and denatured alcohol prior to forming operations.
Consult with Team Lead and other personnel (e.g., engineering, planning, inspection) on process or job-related issues as required.
Maintain a written tie-in book or electronic communication to coordinate with other shifts and dispose of hazardous materials in an approved manner.
Physical Demands and Potential Hazards:
Perform physical tasks that include lifting weights ranging from 10-15 lbs to 15-35 lbs.
Engage in various movements such as reaching, handling, turning, twisting, lifting, lowering, climbing, balancing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and squatting.
Work in environments that may involve contact with metals, solvents, and coolants.
Operate in proximity to moving parts and tools, sharp cutters, and potential slipping hazards.
Adapt to varying noise levels and atmospheric conditions.
Utilize personal safety gear to protect face/eyes, hands/arms, and feet while performing job duties.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications
1+ Years of experience setting and using precision measuring tools; equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and/or dial indicators?

Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 35 pounds frequently within an 8 hour shift.
Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to work in noisy environments while completing tasks.

You will perform general maintenance and repair ready-mix trucks, ensuring equipment reliability and safe operation. The role focuses on conducting preventative maintenance, diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, and responding promptly to service requests. You will also help maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment while collaborating with team members and leadership to keep equipment in top working condition.
What you will be doing
- Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, plumbing, and electrical systems according to specifications and manuals
- Inspect and listen to machines to identify causes of malfunctions and determine necessary repairs
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance
- Communicate promptly and effectively with shop leadership regarding major issues and repair updates
- Operate mobile equipment, including service trucks, to retrieve or service downed assets
- Perform daily preventive maintenance on service vehicles, including fueling, cleaning, fluid checks, and tire / light inspections
- Service and maintain pumps, motors, and related components as needed
- Weld, repair, and fabricate metal parts or assemblies as required
- Purchase repair parts and materials as needed to complete maintenance tasks
- Provide on-site service support at other BURNCO plants or job sites when required
- Assist in training and mentoring co-workers to ensure consistent maintenance practices
- Maintain clean and organized work areas at all times
- Follow all BURNCO safety policies, procedures, and operational standards

What we would like from you
- Minimum of one year of truck mechanic experience required
- Solid understanding of truck mechanics and general maintenance practices
- Skilled in using power tools, welders, cutting torches, chains, and appropriate safety devices
- Knowledge of standard maintenance procedures, including lockout / tagout and special work permits
- Proficient with computers and maintenance-related software systems
- Experience with Allison transmissions, Davie 4, and ESA software preferred
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate clearly and effectively in English
- Must supply personal tools up to ¾-inch drive
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- High school diploma is considered an asset
- Experience with concrete mixers and aggregate haul trucks preferred

- This is a full-time permanent field-based position located at our Denver Plant, 5901 York Street, Denver, CO 80216
- Regular outdoor work with exposure to a range of weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow
- Use of fine motor skills such as manual dexterity, hand / eye coordination, and active hearing and vision
- Standing, walking, climbing, crawling, kneeling, bending, reaching, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs, and pushing or pulling as needed

The RF Mechanical Team at Raytheon is seeking a talented Senior Engineer to join our team in Tucson, AZ.
The candidate will be responsible for providing innovative design solutions for the packaging of antennas, RF Circuit Card Assemblies, radomes, and RF test equipment. The selected candidate will be expected to lead multidiscipline teams, provide technical oversight, delegate tasks, and work with the Engineering organization to establish technology roadmaps, enable modernization, and contribute to general innovation. In addition, the candidate will work with customer personnel and program leadership to define and refine requirements to validate hardware compliance. The candidate will be responsible for providing guidance, coaching, mentoring, and training to other employees across the business within the candidate’s areas of expertise.
This position is an onsite role, located in Tucson, AZ.

Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, to include any combination of the following:
- Experience performing design and / or analysis for the packaging of RF products (e.g. Circuit Card Assemblies, antennas, radomes, RF test equipment, harnesses and interconnects) throughout the product life cycle to include use of three dimensional (3D) Computer Aided Design (CAD) software
- Experience with the creation of Technical Data Packages (TDPs) using Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) for RF products
Qualifications We Prefer
- Master of Science (MS) in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
- Experience serving as a Responsible Engineering Authority (REA), Control Account Manager (CAM), and/or Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL)
- Supplier management for built to print or build to specification RF products
- Experience creating and presenting professional level design documentation to company leadership and program customers
- Creo Simulate or ANSYS Workbench for preliminary structural and thermal analysis of design concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Failure investigation, root cause identification, and corrective action implementation

As an Electro Mechanical Technician, you will work with internal and external teams to execute varied maintenance, capital, and continuous improvement plans with minimal supervision. A strong understanding of automated electrical and mechanical systems is key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities
We're looking for an Entry-Level Mechanical Engineer in Boise, ID who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients' business. Join us and you'll have the chance to work on projects including state of the art industrial and commercial facilities.
You'll be accountable for schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks, as you gain familiarity with the client's expectations, scope, budget and schedule.
You'll also provide on-site assistance during startup, coordinating work activities with other staff members and the discipline lead.
Your multi-discipline, highly interactive team will successfully deliver on the design, development, application, evaluation, recommendation, and specification of engineered systems and products for building HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Systems.
Qualifications
