A Brief Overview:
The purpose of this job is to educate physicians, other qualified billing providers, and ancillary staff on their documentation for all specialties and review providers progress notes, as needed, to ensure coding/billing compliance in accordance with coding rules, third party payor guidelines, governmental regulations, and MG's Coding Compliance Program. The Senior Analyst will conduct face-to-face summary review sessions to report findings to the Practice Manager, Provider audited, and/or Senior Management of the MG. Through the audit/review process, this person will also conduct a report back to the provider and practice manager any income enhancing opportunities that might be uncovered in the investigation. The Senior Analyst, as a coding and billing expert, will assist all freestanding and provider-based outpatient departments with ICD-10, CPT-4, and HCPCS coding education and billing regulation interpretation. They will also assist in conducting department presentations.
What you will do:
* Analyzes progress notes, op reports, pathology reports, encounter forms, explanation of benefits, patient insurance information, and various other health information documents for pro-fee coding and billing accuracy.
* Assigns appropriate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes to medical record documentation under review by applying physician specialty coding rules, third party payor guidelines, and Medicare Local Medical Review Policies.
* Assists Manager/Director with providing information to the physician or medical specialty based on the Office of Inspector General's (OIG) and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) risk areas. Reads the OIG's Semi-Annual reports and the OIG'S/CMS's Annual Workplan, in addition to notifications published on government websites.
* Performs physician and departmental documentation reviews based on industry standard coding and billing guidelines and payer policies to provide documentation and workflow improvement opportunities.
* Works with MG physicians or clinic personnel, HIRS, to interpret medical record documentation and/or documentation summary as necessary.
* Works with Customer Service and MG Operations to review and resolve escalated patient coding disputes.
* Works collaboratively with Billing, HIRS, overseeing provider/specialty and Denials Management Team to provide educational and/or income enhancing opportunities when issues are identified by those teams.
* Conducts educational sessions with Site Directors, Practice Managers, and providers on frequently seen coding errors in their site and assists with implementing changes to improve coding quality and minimize compliance risk.
* Provides feedback to Manager/ Director that identifies inefficient coding/operational processes.
* Assists with related special projects as assigned by Manager/ Director.
* Initiate and provide coding education to all MG billing providers, focusing on Evaluation and Management (E&M) documentation and billing requirements, as well as any specialty-specific coding guidelines.
* Works on special projects with the Hospital Billing Business Office and/or the Finance Department to perform reimbursement analysis functions as assigned by Manager/ Director.
* Submits ideas to Manager of Coding Quality & Auditing departmental newsletter based on coding/billing issues, coding help-line questions, or results of provider audits. May produce Monthly Newsletter if assigned.
* Participates in Coding and Business Operation Education in-services assigned by Manager
* Researches multi-specialty coding and billing questions received from the Coding Help-line/email for EHMG provider/staff and provides verbal or written response as appropriate. Maintains filing system of all questions received and answers provided to caller.
* Identifies trends or patterns of questionable coding and billing practices at Hospital Outpatient and Medical Group sites and reports issues to Manager.
* Reports compliance concerns to Manager or compliance hotline according to the Endeavor Healthcare Corporate Compliance Policy/Procedures.
* Develops physician coding tools such as ICD-10 and CPT-4 cheat sheets, coding grids, tip sheets and other educational material for multi-specialty providers to identify appropriate codes or modifiers reimbursed by payers for services performed.
* Assists in the creation of progress note templates per specialty utilizing the CMS documentation regulations or CPT Assistant guidelines as requested by physician's) or assigned by supervisor.
* Attends multi-specialty physician coding, billing, reimbursement seminars to maintain and increase coding, billing, reimbursement expertise/ knowledge.
* Maintains coding credential by obtaining the requiring continuing education credits per calendar year.

* Degree: Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field required; equivalent years of work experience in related field will be considered in lieu of degree
* Certification: RHIA, RHIT, CCS-P, CCS, or CPC required. CPMA preferred.
* Experience: 3-5 years of related experience in physician and hospital outpatient medical billing, reimbursement, physician audits, chart review, coding compliance, medical office or patient accounts. 1-2 years' experience working with Senior Physician Management a plus

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of up to 15 employees (currently 11) across press operations, industrial finishing, polishing, complex assembly, and quality control.
- Oversee hiring, performance management, training, and disciplinary actions.
- Work alongside the team operating manual machines and hand processes and as needed to maintain production flow and deepen process expertise (true working manager role).
- Optimize material flow and resource utilization through all production stages.
- Develop, document, and enforce accurate timing standards; monitor and improve team adherence.

- 5+ years of direct supervisory experience managing 8+ employees in a labor-intensive, precision manufacturing environment.

- Extensive experience with close-tolerance, multi-process geometric assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily opening procedures, including preparing coffee, unloading dishwashers, and maintaining the appearance of common areas.
- Assist in monitoring and ordering supplies for the office and kitchen spaces to maintain a consistent inventory; restock snacks, beverages, and paper goods as needed.
- Act as the first point of contact by managing the front desk, answering phones, and responding to email inquiries.
- Coordinate the distribution of mail and packages.
- Perform offsite runs to studios for hard drives and script deliveries, client gifts, and miscellaneous office purchases.
- Assist with office furniture assembly, storage organization, and internal office moves or desk configurations.
- Support the planning and execution of company events including monthly meetings, weekly happy hours, and holiday parties.
- Provide support to the Post-Production and Assistant Editor (AE) teams as needed.

POSITION SUMMARY:
To efficiently manage the day-to-day operation of the shift manufacturing function while producing top quality and safe beverage products following company policies and procedures.
REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary.
- Directs a work force of between 15 and 20 hourly employees, including line machine operators, lab technicians and mechanics.
- Works closely with other shift production supervisors for exchange of information and to assure continuity of production activities across shifts.
- Partner with Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance of production equipment; Quality Control Manager to coordinate quality control activities and corrective actions; Warehouse Supervisors to coordinate availability of materials stored in warehouse; Logistics Supervisor and outside vendor logistics dispatchers to coordinate Just-in-Time synchronization of raw material deliveries.
- Disseminate production procedures and union contract, ensures adherence to work rules and administers disciplinary action.
- Monitor equipment operation, coordinating raw materials, preparing reports, motivating and supervising plant employees.
- Supervise production personnel to achieve production efficiency and cost goals.
- Supervise employees to manufacture quality products in adherence to company quality policies and procedures.
- Achieve accurate work order processing and receiving of raw materials (bottles, cans, etc.).
- Develop and monitor employee performance and perform employee evaluations.
- Maintain a safe environment and enforce safety procedures and practices.
- Achieve standard efficiency goals and operate with breakage under 0.25% on a consistent basis. Operate with raw material loss under 1%.
- Ensure that production schedule is completed, and all production work orders are processed on a timely basis. Communicate with logistics personnel on any potential delays or deviations from schedule.
- Ensure that employees run equipment at target speeds, operating equipment effectively, attending to issues quickly and safely. Ensure operators report downtime and equipment issues accurately.
- Ensure that operators and lab technicians perform flavor changeovers with correct timing, correct product and correct materials, with minimum downtime and material loss. Investigate any deviations and report them for discussion and improvement.
- Monitor raw material usage and waste during shift maintaining awareness of syrup batch yields, bottle loss and low-fill rejects, etc. Contribute with practical suggestions to reduce waste.
- Review operator process and downtime logs, initial them in real time and take action to address repetitive issues. Ensure that operators have access to required process control blank sheets.
- Monitor production processes while on the production floor, researching opportunities for improvement and proposing solutions. Engage crew in line meetings or discussions of line issues in order to gather suggestions and improvements.
- Work closely with shift mechanics, discussing operational and mechanical issues and facilitating agreement to resolve repetitive issues. Submit maintenance work requests as dictated by operational issues.
- Monitor shift mechanics’ performance, ensuring prompt response to line issues and providing guidance related to production line priorities. Communicate performance issues to maintenance management and follow up on performance improvement plans and disciplinary action, if needed.
- Perform administrative duties effectively, including preparation of manning schedule for regular work week and overtime shifts, labor coding for payroll approval, and downtime reporting.
- Communicate with logistics and other supervisors to ensure adequate supply of raw materials to maintain production continuity across all shifts.
- Ensure that raw material shipments are accurately processed in inventory system and put away following SOP's and FIFO procedures. Ensure that used pallets and dunnage are returned following SOP’s.
- Perform safety inspections of production areas monthly. Ensure employees run equipment following safety best practices and SOP’s. Ensure that employees wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as determined by safety procedures. Report unsafe conditions, including those reported by employees. Report safety incidents and lost time accidents immediately.
- Report immediately any condition that may contaminate or make products and packages unsafe.
- Review operators’ process control and packaging inspection log sheets, ensuring inspections are taking place in a timely manner and take action to address operational issues reported.
- Report and take action in response to raw material quality issues, segregate defective materials, and ensure operators and lab technicians gather defective samples of product or raw materials including lot number information.
- Ensure that quality issues are addressed on a timely manner so that defects are kept to a minimum and product on hold is minimized.
- Ensure that subordinates maintain work station area and equipment clean, follow Housekeeping SOP's and keep cleaning tools in their proper location. Enforce and ensure that employees follow Good Manufacturing Practices as trained.
- Ensure that employees report at their stations in time and in uniform, take their breaks at specified times and do not leave work stations unattended.
- Report all attendance incidents via email and submit log sheet to HR on a daily basis.
- Perform other duties as required.
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION:
- Five years manufacturing line supervisory experience.
- Beverage, food or other fast paced packaging line experience.
- Maintenance and quality control experience highly desirable.
- Effective team builder with demonstrated abilities providing leadership in a unionized environment.
- Demonstrated superior problem-solving skills and ability to drive process improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and self-directed.
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines while dealing with complexity.

Position Overview
GZ Printpak LLC is seeking a 2nd shift Production Supervisor to lead evening manufacturing operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing production teams on the floor and ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and performance goals are achieved.
The Production Supervisor serves as the primary point of leadership for the shift and is expected to maintain a consistent floor presence. This role requires strong communication skills, hands-on leadership, and the ability to manage people, processes, and performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Supervisor plays an active role in continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support production teams during 2nd shift operations with full accountability for shift performance
- Own and achieve key production KPIs, including production output, labor efficiency, OEE, scrap rate, and related performance targets
- Monitor daily production performance related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and team effectiveness
- Lead performance analysis and develop action plans to address gaps, improve results, and sustain improvements
- Ensure safety rules, quality standards, and work instructions are followed, and actively create, update, and improve production standards
- Coordinate staffing, coverage, attendance, and shift priorities to meet production requirements
- Onboard and train new team members, including temporary employees, ensuring proper qualification and skill development
- Provide on-the-job coaching to reinforce standards, build capability, and support continuous improvement
- Ensure production boards and shift communication boards are accurate and up to date
- Address production issues promptly and escalate concerns when appropriate
- Promote a positive, respectful, and engaged team environment
Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
