The Analyst, Desktop Support is responsible for the maintenance, installation, repairs and overall support of desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices and IoT medical devices to support critical healthcare operations across The Guthrie Clinic (TGC). The Analyst documents, upgrades and/or replaces hardware and software as required. This position will work together with the Help Desk and Network Operations Center (NOC) staff as appropriate to determine and resolve problems.
Experience:
1. Preferred one to three (1 to 3) years of experience on a desktop support services team; healthcare experience preferred.
2. Proficiency in operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)
3. Experience specifying, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft compatible end‐user computing platforms and peripherals running Microsoft Windows Operation Systems including Windows 10 and Windows 11.
4. Experience migration operating system versions and updating desktop images.
5. Knowledge in Microsoft O365, Patch Management, anti-virus and inventory management tools.
6. Excellent knowledge of computers and peripherals.
7. Working knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting iOS and Android-based mobile devices.

Essential Functions:
- Responsible for installation and maintenance of desktop, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers and peripheral hardware.
- Perform preventative maintenance on hardware.
- Test and plan the deployment of new operating system releases, vendor patches and commercial software releases.
- Develop and document standardized user processes and procedures; “how-to” documentation.
- Provides proactive and advanced troubleshooting and analysis.
- Understands and accounts for interactions between technologies and applications.
- Responsible for maintaining ticket status and resolution information in ticketing system.
- Accountable for meeting established performance metrics which will be used in performance evaluations.

The Technologist performs specialized production duties to maintain and monitor the health, production and physical environment of animals within isolators, micro-isolator cages or barrier rooms. Provides training to departmental staff on all technical skills and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Has substantial understanding and knowledge to perform husbandry tasks, including supplying food, bedding, water and environmental enrichment.
Proficient at maintaining rat and mouse colonies, including setting up matings, weaning and sexing of offspring, genetic sampling of animals, processing samples and other technical tasks as required.
Proficient at handling rodents (mice and rats), including restraining of animals for collection of fecal pellets, ear/tail sampling as well as tagging animals for identification.
Has substantial understanding and knowledge to observe animals for any abnormalities or common health issues.
Has substantial understanding and knowledge to identify and select specific animals for customer shipments, genotyping, health monitoring, matings, transfers or other various tasks as needed.
Learn, understand, and comply with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Able to complete new processes/tasks with minimal instruction.
Strictly follow all animal welfare standards and biosecurity procedures necessary to maintain isolator integrity

Echo Tech Full Time Days Position Summary:
Performs echocardiography studies and stress ECHOs. Recognizes, calculates, interprets, and analyzes the hemodynamic data served from echocardiography studies.
What We're Looking For:- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
- 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred. Certification Program in lieu of Associate Degree accepted.
- Graduate from a formal Cardiovascular Program that is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs, preferred.
- Experience: Two years of echocardiography experience, preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: Registered Cardiac Sonographer, credentials RDCS or RCS (New Graduate will have 6 months to pass registry), required.
- Additional Skills (required): Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Has knowledge and skills necessary to modify care according to patient(s)’ age. Has the ability to interpret information to identify each patient(s)’ requirements for care relative to his/her age specific needs. Considerable verbal ability to effectively communicate observations and input to nursing staff, physicians, and other department staff.
