Job Title: Engineering - Engineering Technician

Your responsibilities

• Support design engineers with development activities, including component evaluation, prototype assembly, and product verification testing.

• Execute product and prototype testing in accordance with approved test specifications, standards, and procedures; analyze results to confirm compliance with performance requirements.

• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate and complete test reports, data records, and documentation.

• Perform safety and EMC certification testing in accordance with UL, CSA, and IEC standards and generate formal reports for submission to third-party certification agencies.

• Travel to external accredited test facilities, both domestic and international, as required to support certification activities.

• Design, build, and maintain test setups and fixtures, including mechanical construction and electrical wiring, based on engineering specifications.

• Troubleshoot, diagnosis, and repair electronic and electrical circuits using schematic diagrams under the guidance of engineers or senior test technicians.

• Perform precision soldering of surface-mount components, including 1206, 0805, 0603, and 0402 package sizes.

• Set up, operate, and collect data using standard laboratory instrumentation such as digital multimeters (DMMs), ammeters, oscilloscopes, power meters, thermometers, and LabVIEW-based systems.

• Assist in ISO/IEC 17025 audits and assessments to support UL and SGS laboratory accreditations.

• Comply with all company safety policies, work rules, and regulatory requirements

Your background Education

• Associate degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience; or

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.

Role Description

This is a fulltime on-site role for a Project Manager located in New Berlin, WI. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading construction projects to ensure they are completed on schedule and within scope. Key tasks involve expediting materials, managing logistics, and maintaining direct communication with clients and teams to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects in various phases of construction
• Oversee all aspects of construction project from bid to closeout
• Develop and manage customer relationships with current and potential customers
• Manage and evaluate pricing and scheduling for current and upcoming projects.
• Track and analyze project profitability
• Manage billing, change management, costs, and profitability
• Work with project team to coordinate work with other trades
• Review and identify project scope as it pertains to masonry

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing construction tasks.
• Skills in Expediting and Expeditor tasks, ensuring timely delivery of materials and addressing workflow bottlenecks.
• Experience in Inspection and quality control to ensure compliance with project standards and safety regulations.
• Knowledge in Logistics Management to coordinate resources and optimize project workflows efficiently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
• Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines under time-sensitive conditions efficiently.
• Previous experience in the construction or masonry industry is highly desirable.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.

Unit Description: The Registered Nurse (RN) in the CVMC Intensive Care Unit (ICU) as part of our Critical Care Team is responsible for direct and indirect professional nursing care to patients including:

• Provides direct care to assigned patients in conformance with hospital policies, professional standards, physician orders, and approved plan of care.

• Responsible for indirect nursing functions and activities of assigned nursing personnel.

• Serves as patient advocate.

• Provides teaching, counseling and emotional comfort to patients and family members.

• Functions within limits of Vermont Nurse Practice Act, Code of Ethics for Nurses, and hospital and nursing department policies and procedures. Supports philosophy, objectives, and goals of nursing department. Nursing process will be utilized in the provision of patient care.

EXPERIENCE

One year of experience of ICU experience to be proficient in all phases of assigned duties.
