The Physical Therapist under the supervision of the Center Manager, provides physical therapy services to program participants. Provides clinical physical therapy evaluation and treatment for program participants, on acute, restorative or maintenance levels as needed by Day Center, Nursing Home or in-home setting. Integrates the physical therapy treatment plan into the Interdisciplinary Team plan of care. Assists in the ordering, inventory, distribution and maintenance of durable medical equipment for participants.
Required Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - Graduate from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association and is currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in state where practicing
- Minimum of one-year experience working with a frail or elderly population required.

- Must have medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before having direct participant contact.
Essentials:
- Conducts an in-person initial comprehensive physical therapy assessment on all participants upon enrollment. Coordinates with the Interdisciplinary Team to develop a comprehensive plan of care for each participant.
- Conducts an in-person physical therapy re-assessment minimally every six (6) months or as needed.
- Functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. Maintains regular attendance at, and participates in, Interdisciplinary Team meetings; communicates participant changes, collaborates on plan of care decisions and coordination for twenty-four (24) hour care delivery.
- Provides treatment to participants and implements physical therapy procedures consistent in achieving identified goals. Grades activities to facilitate goals. Confers with Interdisciplinary Team on participants care issues.
- Evaluates participant’s needs. Follows-up with participants during treatment, explaining precautions to take. Discusses condition and treatment plans and recommends solutions to participants care problems with Interdisciplinary Team.
- Assesses the need for adaptive Durable Medical Equipment (DME), specialized shoes and prosthesis followed by recommendations to Interdisciplinary Team. Receives authorization prior to purchases. Assesses all newly issued orthotic shoes, braces and prosthetics for appropriateness and proper fit.
- Assists as liaison with Senior Community Care nursing home and assisted living staff regarding physical therapy needs of participants who are their residents.

Primary Responsibilities:
The Driver - Hourly is responsible for driving a tractor trailer on intrastate and interstate in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
Communicates and interacts with vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.
Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Performs all required safety checks (i.e., pre/post trip) including inspections of tractor/truck and trailer according to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations; inspects tractor/truck and trailer to insure they meet company safety standards and take appropriate action as needed.
- Reports all safety issues and/or repairs required.
- Follows all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies. Immediately reports all safety hazards. Inspects trailer for properly loaded and secured freight.
- Checks and completes in an accurate and in legible fashion all required paperwork associated with freight.
- Moves tractor to the loading dock and attach preloaded trailer as needed.
- Loads customer returns on to trailer and secures trailer doors.
- Ensures that tractor, trailer, and freight are appropriately locked and/or always secured.
- Documents damaged goods and customer returns and brings to the driver check-in and completes necessary paperwork.
- Unloads all equipment, materials and remove trash from trailers as required.
- Completes daily record of hours of service and enter in log in accordance with Federal DOT, state, and company requirements.
- Performs general housekeeping duties in tractor, loading dock area and keep trailers clear and clean as required.
- At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent 6+ months commercial driving experience.Valid CDL-A.
Must be 21+ years of age.
Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable).
Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years.
Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
Pass road test.
Attains or has valid current DOT Health Card and/or able to secure new DOT Health Card.
Able to hand-lift and utilize two-wheeler, lift gate and/or other equipment to move and/or stack product cases/freight of varying size and weight throughout shift.

- Conduct patient assessments, medical histories, physical exams, and review diagnostic data
- Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans; communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff
- Assist surgeons in managing hospital patients, including operating room (OR) support, rounding, and consults
- Participate in overnight and 24-hour call coverage (7-10 call days per month)
- Utilize multidisciplinary approaches for continuity, coordination, and evaluation of care
- Document patient care in compliance with regulatory and hospital guidelines
- Educate and counsel patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions
- Float to other departments as needed and provide telemedicine services

- Setting: On-site, Medical Oncology Unit (outpatient oncology, infusion center)
- Assignment Type: Locum tenens / travel oncology physician
- Duration: 1 year (5/18/2026 – 5/18/2027)
- Schedule: 6 days per month (3 days every other week, Wed–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Guaranteed Hours: 24 hours per month
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $14,690 - $15,750 per week
Oncology Physician Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic school
- Residency trained in Oncology or related specialty
- Valid license to practice medicine in the state of Montana
- Board certification or eligibility in Oncology
- Valid DEA license in Montana
- BLS or ACLS certification (upon hire for acute care hospital or within 90 days for ambulatory clinic)
- At least 1 year of experience as a practicing physician
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong clinical documentation skills in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Respect for patient confidentiality, compassionate and approachable demeanor, responsible and trustworthy
- Experience with chemotherapy administration, infusion therapy, cancer treatment planning, or prior oncology clinic exposure is preferred
Clinical Responsibilities
- Diagnose diseases, injuries, and other conditions using history, physical exams, and diagnostic testing, including evaluation and management of malignancies
- Provide, prescribe, and manage appropriate cancer therapies, including supportive care and chemotherapy regimens when indicated
- Document accurately and completely in the medical record for continuity of care, compliance, quality, safety, and billing
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centered oncology care and participate in tumor board or case review as appropriate
- Offer clinical leadership and constructive feedback to the broader clinical team
- Consult with colleagues and refer patients to specialty services as clinically appropriate
- Be available for office visits, phone calls, electronic communication, and on-call coverage as outlined in policy
- Participate in ongoing organizational efforts for continuous improvement in quality, safety, and patient experience
- Engage in continuous learning and self-improvement to maintain up-to-date oncology practices
- Promote the mission, vision, and values of the organization and perform additional duties as required by specialty and employment agreement
