About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Beverage Manager to lead the strategy and performance of the restaurant’s bar operations within a high-end dining concept.

This role is responsible for developing and managing the beverage program, optimizing profitability, and delivering an exceptional guest experience aligned with the brand’s hospitality standards.

Education

Technical studies in:

• Bar Management

• Mixology or Cocktail Studies

Experience

POSITION OBJECTIVE

The Senior Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing food and beverage dining outlets within the hotel. This role ensures the highest level of guest satisfaction and luxury service standards.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Supervise and manage F&B outlets and operations ensuring quality, service and luxury standards.
  • Monitor and ensure availability of staffing levels, supplies, and equipment are up to standard for both guest and service professional’s safety.
  • Support and lead additional F&B Managers and F&B service teams in delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Ensures a “positive atmosphere” in all outlets including making contact with guests and Service Professionals throughout each shift
  • Ensure coverage and monitor scheduling and making necessary adjustments in the best interest of the company or under the leadership of the Director of F&B.
  • Create scheduling, be ready to represent the department in payroll meeting
  • Attend and lead all pre-shift lineups and conduct ongoing training to ensure that service professionals continue to improve their performance, knowledge of product offerings throughout the hotel and other departments
  • Must be familiar with demonstrate knowledge of all products and menu items
  • Meets and greets guests in the outlets and to oversee the open table guest profile system

Job Description

The Food Server, under general supervision, obtains guest food and beverage orders. Responsible areas may include Banquets, 19 Steak & Seafood, Stadium Sports Bar & Grill, Out of Bounds, and any food venue created for the purpose of guest service.

The Food Server:

  • Ensures accurate and timely service of all orders by working with kitchen personnel.

  • Serve food and beverages to guests, and prepare or serve specialty dishes at tables as required.
  • Check with guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems, immediately notifying the manager on duty.
  • Responsible for all tables in assigned section, in their entirety.
  • Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens. Fill salt, pepper, sugar, etc.
  • Assist with overall dining service and ensure dining and serving areas are set up and maintained according to standard, including removal of all dirty dishes in FOH operations.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of table/seat/station numbers, hours of operations, proper table set-up and dress code of the restaurant.
  • Participate in liquor glassware removal, ensuring compliance with all Indiana Gaming Commission regulations.
  • Abide by all State, State Gaming, Federal and Corporate liquor Regulations. Also pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
  • Observe and adhere to Health Department regulations and EcoSure standards regarding food handling, storage, and cleanliness of work environment.
  • Consistent attendance at company/restaurant training programs as they are scheduled.
