Qualifications
Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
1-5 years of experience in complex estate planning, trusts, wills, real estate transactions, deed drafting, probate, and case management for court proceedings; understanding of the basic characteristics of financial investments, e.g., annuities, life insurance, retirement accounts, stocks, bonds, etc. Trust administration, probate and basic real estate transaction skills are necessary.

Responsibilities
