As a Sr. Electrical Systems Engineer, you will be a part of our Vehicle Design and Integration team. Your work will help bring together mechanical, electrical, GNC, and safety requirements to produce complex components that are key to the success of our efforts to automate aviation. Responsibilities
In your role as a Sr. Electrical Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for defining avionics system architecture and completing trades regarding performance, complexity, risk, and effort. You will drive the vehicle-level design, testing, and integration of avionics hardware, including computing, sensing, actuation, communication, power, and display systems. You will work across engineering teams and will implement an electrical system design that meets system-level and certification requirements. You will be the owner of multiple components (IMUs, air data computers, batteries) and will be responsible for how they are installed in the aircraft, verified, and certified at the aircraft level.
Basic Success Criteria
Electrical Engineering fundamentals, typically gained through a Bachelor's Degree of Science or Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related discipline
5+ years of professional hands-on experience with electrical system-level development, integration, and testing
Ability to work within a team, including strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot, find root cause, and resolve issues

Job Purpose:
The Lead Electrical Commissioning Supervisor (“LECS”) is generally responsible for planning, coordinating and ensuring safe and orderly progress of the work of Electrical Commissioning Specialists assigned to pre-commissioning, commissioning, testing and initial operations of systems and equipment as are placed under his/her care by the Commissioning Manager (“CM”). LECS will additionally be responsible for performing electrical startup work as necessary to maintain scheduled progress as determined by the CM.
Main Job Function:
- Submit such periodic progress and planning reports as may be required by the CM, ensuring that all documentation, tools, equipment, craft support and other resources necessary to the proper and timely performance of his/her assigned tasks are identified with sufficient advance notice to CM to support the startup schedule.
- Verify that the turnover packages relating to systems under his/her care contain sufficient information enabling the safe and orderly performance of mechanical commissioning work.
- Prepare and submit for the approval of CM detailed commissioning procedures referencing and interpreting the requirements of equipment suppliers, design documents, and governing codes and standards for each system and piece of equipment placed under his/her care.
- Responsible for implementing and enforcing the Lockout-Tag Out (“LOTO”) safety procedures at all times and for each element of systems assigned to his/her care and responsibility.

About The Role
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Mechanical & Controls Technician, capable of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, minor programming, and repair of electrical, mechanical, and automated control systems in an industrial or manufacturing environment. POSITION SUMMARY
The Electrical Commissioning Agent II lead with supervision at times and executes commissioning of data center critical systems including generators, switchgears, UPSs, PDUs and various other equipment. This person is responsible for conducting reviews of client design packages, monitoring, and analyzing FAT and First of Kind equipment Level 1 thru 5 tests and developing O&M documentation to serve as a reference for data center electrical equipment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with managing projects, plans, provide and gather specifications, and execute assignments in a multidisciplinary engineering Commissioning role for large facility projects.
- The commissioning experts adhere to a thorough quality management/QC process and procedures.
- Participate in daily commissioning activity meetings which services include: Equipment pre-start-up and start-up procedures; Development of standard operating procedures (SOP's) and Methods of Procedures (MOPs); Comprehensive Commissioning documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
- 3-5 years' experience in the Engineering Field
- A/E experience working in complex facilities or mission critical projects a big plus
- Previous Data Center / Mission Critical experience is preferred
- Electrical equipment testing experience in a Critical Facilities / facility environment
- Experience with IEEE/ASHRAE procedures and protocols a plus
- Possess basic knowledge of systems design for various projects
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (this role requires heavy amount of writing, documentation, and client interaction)

THE OPPORTUNITY:

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Bachelors in Electra-mechanical, Computer, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical experience in the field
Preferred minimum of at least 3 years of Engineering experience
Minimal travel, 5-10% maximum (vendor machine acceptance, support of local facility)
Experience with electrical design standards and able to complete controls systems designs using standard CAD design tools

Experience in Project Team Leadership or Project Management is preferred, but not required
Vision System configuration and interface for width measurement applications and defect detection applications is preferred but not required. Specific experience with Cognex, Keyence, Adept, Bytewise, Gocator is a plus.
Robotic experience, configuration or knowledge is preferred. Specific experience with Fanuc, ABB is a plus. Experience with Vision Systems is a plus.

The Role - Electrical Engineering Manager
This technical leader will guide and grow these teams as well as be able to own parts of the design directly as the team scales. You and your teams will be responsible for architecting and developing custom Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs), integrated sensing and RF solutions
Responsibilities - Electrical Engineering Manager
- Be the electrical engineering technical leader for ground systems design including low voltage electronics and PCBA development, power electronics and RF systems
- Build your teams by hiring and coaching world class engineers
- Design and validate to safety and certification standards
- Liaise with other technical leaders both within and outside of the Ground Systems Hardware
- Leverage your technical leadership experience in hardware design
- Establish best practices, standards, and design and release review processes
Experience and skillset - Electrical Engineering Manager
- 8+ years of demonstrated experience with electronics designs and system integration
- 2+ year leading a technical engineering team, and direct hiring management experience
- Working with products across various stages of development, from prototype - production
- Ability to operate in ambiguous and fast paced environments
- Experience in either Low voltage digital circuit design and/or power electronics design

MRI Inc. is seeking a Electrical Construction Coordinator II, III & IIII to support construction coordination efforts in Taylor, Tx. This role assists in managing construction scopes, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with our client's standards and operational protocols.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating electrical construction activities across trades and subcontractors.
- Support project scheduling, milestone tracking, and resource planning.
- Monitor site logistics, safety procedures, and access control measures.
- Review construction documents, request for information and submittals under supervision.
- Help resolve field-level issues and communicate concerns to senior coordinators.
- Participate in commissioning support, punch list tracking, and system turnover.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management or related field.
- 4-10+ years of experience in electrical construction coordination, preferably in industrial or high-tech environments.
- Understanding of project workflows, cleanroom protocols, and construction systems.
- Experience with MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar project management tools.
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
