ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENT - DALLAS, TX

Electrical Superintendent Compensation & Benefits:

Total compensation for the Electrical Superintendent in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX is between $160,000 - $180,000.

Electrical Superintendent Duties & Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary leader of subcontractors and field forces on a job site
• Maintain project safety in accordance with the Company’s Safety Policy
• Oversight of multiple jobs & manpower for each job
• Develop and update the project schedule
• Prepare two-week look ahead schedules
• Update project schedules utilizing computerized scheduling software
• Assist with the buyout and selection of major subcontractors
• Coordinate the work of the subcontractors’ field forces
• Communicate effectively with owners, designers and engineers
• Adhere to all company policies, standards, and procedures
• Other duties and projects as assigned

Electrical Superintendent Qualifications:

• Strong employment stability
• Candidate should have experience managing others with a proven history of leading, teaching, developing and mentoring successfully.
• 5+ years as a superintendent running commercial projects
• Experience managing projects from $5M - 15M
• Journeyman’s Card
• OSHA 30
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
