Job Summary and QualificationsAs a PACU Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in the immediate post-operative care of surgical patients. Your responsibilities will include managing airway support, closely monitoring neurological and cardiac status, and responding promptly to any complications or side effects. You will provide initial wound care to the patients’ surgical site and ensure patient stability during recovery. You will collaborate with the surgical and anesthesia team. The Field Auto Damage Appraiser is responsible for preparing physical damage estimates on vehicles where a claim has been submitted for first- or third-party damages. This role requires delivering a high level of customer service while effectively managing claim severity and expenses.
This position supports the Independent Agent business of Plymouth Rock and services a Northern and/or parts of Central New Jersey territory. The appraiser works independently in the field inspecting damaged vehicles, preparing estimates, negotiating settlements, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and applicable state regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inspect vehicle damage and prepare repair estimates for partial and total losses within assigned authority levels.
- Negotiate settlements with repair facilities, insureds, and claimants.
- Issue claim drafts to appropriate parties.
- Document claim activity and maintain accurate claim files.
- Complete re-inspections and supplemental estimates in accordance with company guidelines.
- Adhere to production standards and estimating procedures.
- Maintain strong customer service, expense control, and professional public relations.

The ideal candidate brings a strong work ethic, is comfortable with a high-volume practice, and is willing to reside in Little Rock to support client needs and in-person court work.
About the Role
- You will represent healthcare defendants in court and support case strategy by identifying potential defenses to alleged medical malpractice. You will help develop evidence-driven narratives to demonstrate lack of liability or negligence through documents, testimony, and expert proof, working closely with partners and clients across matters.
Qualifications
- We are seeking candidates with excellent research, writing, and verbal communication skills, strong organization and attention to detail, and a collaborative, self-motivated, and highly professional approach. Experience working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders is important. We prefer candidates with 2–4 years of experience, though this is not required for consideration.
Education and Admission
- A J.D. and admission to the Arkansas Bar are required for this position.
Location and Schedule
- This is a full-time position based in Little Rock, Arkansas, and the successful candidate should be willing to live in Little Rock to meet the demands of the practice and the courts.

- Compensation is commensurate with background and experience, consistent with our approach to avoid fixed public ranges for experienced lateral candidates.
