Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven track record of managing projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- OSHA certification preferred.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee the field operations of a high-rise hospitality project in the Orlando area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing large-scale vertical construction projects and leading site teams through all phases of the build.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day field operations and site logistics
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes
- Maintain project schedule and proactively resolve delays
