A growing insurance organization based in Hartford, CT is looking to add an experienced Underwriting Program Manager to oversee a dedicated block of Specific and Aggregate Stop Loss business. This is a key leadership role with ownership over pricing strategy and underwriting results, offering the opportunity to make a real impact within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safety-Focused Operations: Execute flawless operations by meticulously following designated routes and schedules, while adhering to stringent safety protocols and traffic regulations.

Qualifications:
- 21 years or older

• Medical Lead / Leadership Role: We are seeking an experienced veterinarian interested in stepping into a Medical Lead (Lead DVM) role. This position blends hands-on clinical practice with leadership responsibilities, including mentoring associate veterinarians, collaborating with hospital leadership, supporting medical protocols, and helping foster a positive, collaborative culture. Prior leadership experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate with strong communication skills and a desire to lead by example.

Your Impact as a Medical Lead Veterinarian As the Medical Lead Veterinarian, you are the champion of medical excellence in your hospital. You will be responsible for mentoring and developing your associate veterinarians, partnering with your Practice Manager to build a healthy and engaged team, and driving the continuous improvement of patient care and client service. This is a key leadership role where you will set the standard for clinical quality and foster a culture of collaboration and growth.
- Lead and Mentor Your DVM Team: You will manage all associate veterinarians, conducting regular performance discussions, coaching them on individual development goals (including production and PCT), and fostering a culture of teamwork and retention.
- Role Model Medical Excellence: You will set the example for the highest quality of medicine, client service, and efficiency, while also practicing as an associate veterinarian and achieving your own production goals.
