Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) at HCA Healthcare, you'll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, personalized care to patients in the comfort of their homes. In collaboration with the Registered Nurse and care team, you'll help manage medical needs and promote their independence - caring for patients like family, one home visit at a time.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing nursing care in the home, including wound care, medication administration, and support during procedures
  • Documenting assessments, interventions, and outcomes clearly and thoroughly to support safe, continuous care
  • Monitoring patient status and alerting the care team of any changes to ensure timely, coordinated responses
  • Educating patients and families to support medication adherence, strengthen understanding of health conditions, and promote greater independence at home
  • Collaborating closely with RNs, providers, therapists, and care coordinators to deliver high-quality, personalized care in the home setting
What qualifications you will need:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • Drivers License
  • (LPN/LVN) Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse

Final compensation will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for a bonuses or commissions.

Job Details
  • MUST be a graduate engineer, graduate architect, or a graduate of construction management, with a minimum of 5 years construction experience!
  • QCM-C certification and OSHA 30
  • Assist in running/managing project from start to finish
  • Oversee full construction project on a daily bases
  • Coordinate to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
  • Establish and maintain an effective and professional on-site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
  • Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.
