This is an excellent opportunity to work at the intersection of consumer protection law, advertising regulation, and product compliance, advising manufacturers and distributors on complex federal and state regulatory matters.

The role includes counseling on consumer protection statutes, advertising and labeling requirements, and product claims compliance, with meaningful exposure to California Proposition 65 compliance and enforcement defense. Associates will also gain experience advising clients in the personal care, cosmetics, food, and OTC product sectors.
