Responsibilities

You'll fully own the nervous system of the most advanced FGF/FDM 3D printers on Earth, from PCBs to control packaging and harnessing. Your mission: build E/E systems that ruthlessly reduce complexity, are easy to assemble and support, and scale fast. Specifically, you will:

• Execute full PCB design cycle: requirements, schematic design, component selection, layout, bring-up, test, debug and integration.
• Develop electrical schematics, wiring interconnect diagrams and generate production specs for cables and harnesses.
• Lead the automation/DFM war on control packaging, from design through production, to reduce build time, wiring complexity, and manual assembly. Requires deep experience with traditional panel design and assembly process.
• Hunt down complex electrical/software issues using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and embedded debugging tools.
• Source electrical components including connectors, harnesses, sensors, power/distribution hardware.
• Collaborate closely with other engineers to ensure seamless system integration.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience designing, testing, and shipping complex E/E systems (Robotics or Industrial Tech preferred).
• Proficiency with Altium Designer.
• Demonstrated ability to create electrical drawings and build or oversee the build of control panels.
• Familiarity with standard interfaces such as EtherCAT, Modbus, CAN, I2C, SPI, etc.
• Familiarity with common electromechanical components such as servo drives, linear motors, encoders, solenoids, RTDs, and their specific interfacing needs.
• You're high-agency operator with mission-critical discipline and accountability. You identify and neutralize threats before they escalate.

Summary:

• Design and route aerospace-grade wire harnesses in SolidWorks (transitioning to Siemens NX); integrate in constrained environments; ensure compliance with space/aero environmental constraints; collaborate closely with build and test.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3D routing and 2D documentation (drawings, wiring tables, BOMs, callouts).
• Apply separation, shielding, grounding, and EMI/EMC best practices for digital/RF.

This is a hands-on, accountability-driven Project Manager role responsible for owning construction projects from award through closeout. Success in this role is measured by schedule reliability, cost predictability, subcontractor performance, field leadership, quality control, and documentation discipline — not activity or reporting alone. This role requires a Project Manager who is comfortable making decisions, is proactive at all stages of a project, and operates independently with limited escalation.

A Project Manager in this role is expected to:

• Produce and maintain a reliable CPM schedule in Microsoft Project.
• Identify cost and scope risks before they impact monthly forecasts.
• Lead the buyout process to ensure timely Subcontract executions and procurement.
• Lead OAC and subcontractor meetings without senior management intervention.
• Maintain accurate project documentation (RFIs, submittals, change events, meeting minutes, etc.).
• Spend consistent, meaningful time in the field driving high-quality production and addressing necessary corrective actions.

Previous multi-family or hospitality construction experience, preferred.

Essential Functions:

• Leads all aspects of the company’s safety culture and creates awareness by demonstrating commitment to an injury-free environment through individual actions and mentoring others. Investigates safety incidents, holds team accountable and retrains staff as needed.
• Provide complete oversight of one or multiple projects to monitor and manage projects throughout project lifecycle including start-up, construction, close-out and warranty periods.
• Create project schedule with assistance from the Project Superintendent; gather input from project team. Provide ongoing identification of potential schedule impacts including scope, weather, manpower and changes, and facilitate mitigation plans for these impacts. Develop and update project schedule on weekly basis as necessary for construction activities. Manage materials, labor, and procurement logs to ensure appropriate resources are available to meet the project schedule.
• Utilize SmartPM Scheduling analytics to review critical health of your assigned projects at least every 14 days. Identify issues and work with project team to correct those issues prior to next schedule update.
• Attend all stages of the project start-up process for assigned projects. Schedule and drive assigned portions of process, including post-meeting tasks.
• Work on site, as required, with the project team to carry out a variety of tasks such as schedule progress, quality of work, jobsite conditions, safety, etc. Job site visits are expected to be at minimum every week for local jobs or every two weeks for non-local jobs, or more frequently as necessary through stages of the project.
• Engage with various parties of the project including but not limited to subcontractors, owner, field, design team, vendors, etc.
• Lead all job related meetings.
• Complete monthly subcontractor and owner pay application process.
• Provide appropriate written documentation for various aspects of the project such as budget, schedule, legal, quality, and/or safety. Ensure that a current set of drawings and specifications is maintained with all RFIs and updated drawing sheets posted in a timely fashion. Employ current best practices for documentation requirements.
• Prepare monthly cost and margin forecast with input from Superintendent and review with the Project Team. Regularly review costs relative to the budget and highlight discrepancies.
• Lead overall project closeout process using best practice standards, tools, and processes such as the close-out punch list, financials, subcontracts, warranties, etc.

Other Tasks:

• Meet monthly with Senior Project Manager to review project status, budget, schedule, and all deviations.
• Provide consistent oversight, developmental guidance, and training for Project Engineers while taking accountability for their performance.
• Provide directions to and resolve problems amongst all subcontractors and vendors.
• Assist in identifying deficient work and provide resolution.
• Assist in the performance reviews of Project Engineers, Project Administrators, Superintendents, and other employees, as assigned.
• Follow all policies and procedures set forth in the Employee Handbook and Company Safety Program.

• OSHA 10 Certified.

• Direct subcontractor management and negotiation experience.
• Regular field-based leadership experience.

Electrician / Avionics Technician (KC-130J)

Job Overview

Our Client Aerospace is seeking experienced Electrician / Avionics Technicians to support KC-130J aircraft modification programs. This role involves installation, modification, testing, and troubleshooting of aircraft electrical and avionics systems in accordance with military technical orders and engineering specifications.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with aircraft wiring, harness installation, electrical troubleshooting, and avionics system modifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, engineering drawings, and technical manuals.
• Fabricate, install, and modify aircraft electrical wiring, harnesses, and coaxial cables.
• Perform installation, repair, removal, and reinstallation of aircraft electrical systems.
• Conduct continuity checks, voltage testing, and operational system checkouts.
• Perform rewiring and troubleshooting of complex avionics and electronic systems.
• Execute on-aircraft and off-aircraft electrical modifications.
• Perform aircraft inspections, inventory, and acceptance activities.
• Validate and verify system performance through testing procedures.
• Maintain aircraft according to Military Technical Orders and manufacturer instructions.
• Use test equipment and Ground Support Equipment (GSE) safely and effectively.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance and repair activities.
• Support ordering of parts, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Follow all FOD prevention, safety regulations, and tool control procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 5 years of aircraft electrical or avionics experience.
• Experience with aircraft wiring installation, modification, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret aircraft electrical installation drawings.
• Experience using electrical meters and calibration/testing equipment.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and system input.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts or schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with C-130 or KC-130 aircraft.
• Heavy aircraft electrical modification and wire routing experience.
• Military or defense aviation maintenance background.
• Ability to work onsite in Crestview, Florida.
