This role is the launching point for your Milan career. About the Role
You will support clients across the country through inbound calls, emails, and chat. You will help with appointments, answer questions about their hair free journey, resolve account needs, and guide new callers who are exploring a consultation. Every interaction should create a great client experience that feels clear, helpful, and personal.
This is high volume, fast paced work. You will balance accuracy, efficiency, and strong service while delivering consistent client experiences that reflect Milan's standards.
Compensation
Base Pay: $17 per hour
Additional earnings through hourly differentials and commission
Top Performers earn $20-$22/hour total
Schedule
16-22 hours per week
Shifts are 4-5 hours each
Morning, evening, and weekend options
Business Hours
Monday-Thursday: 7:30am-8pm
Friday-Saturday: 7am-8pm
Sunday: 8am-6:30pm
Part-time roles are not eligible for full-time benefits, though full-time opportunities are frequently available.

Respond to inbound calls, emails, texts, and chat from current clients

Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
One year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple communication channels at once (calls, email, chat)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must type at least 60 words per minute
Proven reliability, professionalism, and strong attendance
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information
Comfortable working in a structured, metric-driven call center environment

With our continued growth and success, we are excited to hire a part-time Sales Receptionist to be a part of our dynamic team in Dallas (Addison), TX. As the Sales Receptionist, you will engage with clients to enhance their satisfaction and build lasting relationships throughout their experience with Milan. Oversee all administrative and front desk operations, which include answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments. Assist medical staff with the maintenance of treatment rooms. Collaborate with the clinic team to achieve monthly sales goals. Complete clinic operational tasks on time.

We are seeking a board-certified Physician (MD/DO) with expertise in aesthetic laser treatments to help implement and lead our laser services. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and consults for laser services
- Deliver laser hair removal treatments using advanced platforms tailored to skin type and goals, ensuring patient comfort and optimal outcomes
- Administer laser skin resurfacing and rejuvenation procedures to improve texture, tone, fine lines, and overall skin quality through controlled laser energy
- Oversee pre- and post-treatment patient care, including safety protocols, preparation, aftercare, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate documentation of clinical assessments and procedures
- Educate patients on available procedures, expected outcomes, risks, and best-practice aftercare

- Active and unrestricted MD or DO medical license in New Jersey

Night Shift position
Position Summary: This is a dual role encompassing both Unit Clerk and Care Partner responsibilities. Responsible for clerical duties, communication and reception duties on assigned nursing units. In addition, employee works with other members of the patient care team to deliver care to specific patient populations. Position Overview:The purpose of this position is to perform a variety of imaging procedures, including CT and X-Rays, at a technical level not requiring constant supervision.
Essential Job Functions:- Provide technical assistance and supportive patient care to assist the physicians, nurses and other technical and administrative staff in meeting the needs of individual patients throughout the facility.
- Operate and maintain all imaging department equipment including but not limited to X-Ray, CT, CR reader, and PACS
- Perform all imaging exams in accordance with established policies, procedures, regulations, and laws and ensure the physician on duty is notified of the results
- Perform basic clinical procedures under the direction of the physician and/or nurse on duty
- Maintain all required documentation, logs, charts, forms and records in paper and electronic formats
- Collect laboratory samples and perform lab testing in accordance with established policies and procedures, as well as COLA and CLIA regulations
- Maintain an adequate supply of all reagents and consumables to perform quality testing
- Perform all routine daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic maintenance and function checks following established protocol for all imaging equipment
- Perform Quality Control as established by this laboratory
- Perform Proficiency Testing and/or Split Sample analysis periodically as established by this facility
- Retain records of all analytic activities performed for a minimum of two years
- Perform all Quality Assessment activities assigned to this position and document these activities for periodic review by the Laboratory Supervisor and/or the Laboratory Director

Thriveworks is currently seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners in Montana.

Compensation: This is a Fee for Service (W2) position, the range for this position is $65,000-$94,000 per year based on 15-20 clinical hours per week.
To maintain safety and best practices for our clinicians and patients via telemedicine, Thriveworks does not push or incentivize the use of stimulant medications; instead, we offer them as an option based on the client’s specific symptoms and diagnosis, with prescribing decisions left to the discretion of the clinician. We do not currently treat substance use disorders, and make every effort to refer out to an in-person provider when symptoms arise that are too severe to be treated via telemedicine only.
Thriveworks Nurse Practitioners are expected to provide care to a diverse population of clients with mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more. They work with a broad range of age groups, primarily adults and adolescents, with a future focus on expanding care across the lifespan.
Qualifications:
Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Board Certification required
Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority required in the state
Understanding of AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus
Three years of experience is a plus; 1 year of psychiatry practice is required
Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners need to be licensed and live in the state in which they will be practicing
Part-time requires 15 - 20 hours of availability per week
All clinicians are required to complete an in-house training on our ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and approach, followed by a brief exam.
