The Role
This is a working driver position. You won't just be transporting materials; you will be an integral part of a three-person crew.
* The Equipment: You will operate Volume Mixers (standard and automatic transmissions) and Gunite trucks used for swimming pool construction.
* The Workflow: Your day begins at 5:00 AM. You will load your truck, drive to the job site, and work alongside your crew to run the mix.
* The Schedule: Most days start with one primary project, with the potential for a second job depending on the production schedule.
Compensation & Growth
We believe in paying for performance and offer two distinct paths based on the equipment you operate:
Gunite Crew Path:
* Training: $160.00 per pool.
* Solo Driver: $175.00 per pool once you are in your own truck.
* Earning Potential: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
Volume Mixer Path:
* Training: $20.00 per hour.
* Solo Driver: $24.00 per hour once in your own truck.
* Growth: Guaranteed raise after 6 months.
Cross-Training: We offer opportunities to expand your skills and pay scale by training you on End Dumps and Cement Tankers .
Requirements
* License: Valid Class A or Class B CDL.
* Age: Must be 23 years or older (for insurance purposes).
* Physicality: This is a "working/driving" job; you must be willing to assist the crew with loading and operations.
* Transmission: Ability to operate both automatic and standard (manual) transmissions.
* Reliability: Must be able to maintain a consistent 5:00 AM start time.

Position Responsibilities:
* Processes and moves production and other materials into and out of storage, production and other locations to support complex production and product support activities, flight test, etc
* Updates status of parts and materials using automated systems
* Identifies and reports problems and recommendations to insure parts availability
* Analyzes problems and resolves or reconciles discrepancies with parts and materials to maintain inventory and system accuracy
* Coordinates with various functions to set priorities, expedite and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays
* Works under limited supervision.
* Create or update standard work documents as required.
* Regulatory, Safety and Quality requirements.
* Coordinates with Enterprise Organizations in support of 787 program Supply Chain activities worldwide.
* Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise on, participate in, and manage all aspects of equity and debt fundraising, treasury transactions and M&A, including deal structuring of complex transactions, due diligence, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance, all while ensuring the transaction is legally sound and protecting the Company’s interests.
- Advise the Leadership Team on corporate governance and support the Leadership Team in preparing materials for Board Meetings and other corporate secretary functions.
- Collaborate with the General Counsel and finance team on equity matters, including equity plans, capitalization, and compensation matters and communicating with employees on their equity compensation.
- Own the management and process surrounding the Company’s cap table software.
- Support investor relations in communicating with investors.

- Manage and work with external counsel as needed and help track legal spend against budget.
About You
Required:
- You have 4+ years of legal experience, advising startups and scale-ups on fundraising, including at a law firm.
- JD from accredited U.S. law school; licensed in good standing with a state bar.
- You have significant experience driving deal execution and advising on corporate governance.
- You have a demonstrated ability to draft, review, and negotiate corporate transactions/commercial contracts.
- You have a core understanding of employee equity structures.
- You bring a sense of ownership, excellent attention to detail and sound judgment.
- You possess a positive and approachable demeanor and have exceptional interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
- You are a team player with commercial acumen, comfortable navigating ambiguity, driven, forward thinking, innovative and agile.

The firm operates at the intersection of asset management, investment oversight, and strategic advisory, partnering closely with ownership groups, lenders, and institutional stakeholders.
Led by seasoned real estate principals with deep experience across office, retail, mixed-use, and other asset classes, the organization combines institutional discipline with an agile, high-accountability culture.
This is a remote position with a preference for candidates within commuting distance to New York City for periodic in-person collaboration.
The Role:
The Controller will serve as a key finance partner supporting portfolio performance, capital oversight, and ownership reporting across a national portfolio.
This is not a traditional property accounting role. Instead, this position bridges property-level financial review with investment-level analysis, debt oversight, and portfolio reporting. The right candidate will be comfortable operating independently, interacting with asset management and capital partners, and strengthening financial processes in a lean environment.
You will work cross-functionally with asset management, third-party property managers, lenders, and external accounting providers to ensure accurate reporting, disciplined cash management, and clear financial visibility across assets.
Responsibilities:
Portfolio & Property Financial Oversight
- Review monthly and quarterly property financial packages prepared by third-party managers
- Analyze operating statements, balance sheets, cash flow, general ledger activity, and variance reporting
- Monitor portfolio-level performance metrics and support business plan tracking
- Identify reporting inconsistencies and partner with property managers to improve accuracy and timeliness
Capital & Debt Management
- Track lender reporting requirements and debt covenant compliance
- Review debt service calculations, reserve activity, and capital expenditure funding
- Support refinancing and recapitalization initiatives, including financial analysis and data coordination
- Assist with capital planning and cash forecasting across assets
Ownership & Investment Reporting
- Support preparation of ownership-level and partnership financial reporting

- Assist in preparing consolidated portfolio reporting for internal and external stakeholders
Process & Infrastructure Enhancement

- Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support investment and asset-level decision-making
Qualifications:
- 7–10+ years of commercial real estate accounting or portfolio finance experience

- Exposure to debt compliance, refinancing, or capital planning initiatives preferred
- Comfortable operating in a lean, high-responsibility environment
