This position will comply with bank and investor guidelines with portfolio and investor mortgage loans, conducting required functions for special asset protection management.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Execute and submit secondary market investors, government agencies, and mortgage insurance delinquency and status reports to safeguard the company's interest
    • Adhere to guidelines set by investors, guarantors, and regulatory entitles for accurate and timely reporting

Responsibilities

A Branch Manager is responsible for meeting the financial service needs of customers while supervising assigned branch staff and adhering to required staffing levels. It is the Branch Manager's responsibility to ensure the Branch is in compliance with operating policy and procedures.

Job Summary

The Disbursement Specialist completes disbursement of escrow transactions by printing checks, issuing wires, creating cover letters, and issuing final HUD’s. About the Role

The Senior Title Closing Processor is responsible for preparing complete, accurate, and compliant closing files that are ready to be reviewed and signed at the closing table.
