We are looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift) to join our team and ensure that our production machinery is running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

You will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and servicing of equipment and tools in the manufacturing facility.

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime.
  
• Inspect, test, and replace components to ensure equipment reliability.
  
• Manage parts inventory and analyze recurring problems for long-term solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 
  
• Good understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems
  
• Experience with variable frequency drives (VFDs)
  
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic and controls
  
• Experience with fabrication (welding is a plus).
  
• Must be able to read and understand diagrams, blueprints and technical equipment manuals
  
• Must be highly detail and safety-oriented, able to work individually and in a team
  
• Ability to learn and identify tools and their proper uses

The selected candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid NYS RN license
• Associate’s degree in nursing
• Current CPR and BLS or achieve with onsite training
• 1+ yr of experience as a RN

Preferred Requirements:

• 1+ yr of experience in a leadership role overseeing staff
• 1 + yr of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
• MDS experience
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Highest level of customer service while completing day to day duties and responsibilities
• Excellent communication in a fast pace work environment across teams on different shifts
• Strong engagement within a team setting
• Leadership and mentorship skills overseeing RNs, LPNs and C.N.A staff
• Passion to learn, grow and develop in the nursing field

Track Rate: $62.45

Pay Range: $44.00 - $58.10

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.

What you will do:

What you will Do:   

• Analyze records for completeness and patient history.  

• Prepare exam/procedure rooms and equipment for patient care.  

• Greet, identify patient and prepare patient for exam while protecting patient’s privacy.  

• Review/document current medication and allergies
