Description

We are looking for individuals living in or nearAtlanta, GAwho would be interested in participating on-site in testing exciting new digital wearable technology.

Project Details:
  • You will be wearing and using technology on your arms and hands that will control a device through movement and manual inputs
  • Participants will be required to give feedback on their experience with the device through a survey
  • The time commitment for testing is approximately3 hours
  • Payout for this project is$120

Tester Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be willing to travel to designated data collection facility in Atlanta during normal business hours
  • Must be proficient in spoken and written English
  • Must have normal or close-to-normal hearing
  • Must not be currently pregnant
  • Must have normal vision OR able to wear vision-correcting glasses/contacts on the day(s) of the experiment
  • Must have no history of epilepsy, seizures, or severe traumatic brain injury (i.e., concussion with nausea and/or memory loss)
  • Must have no condition that impairs ability to grip or touch objects with hands and all 10 digits
  • Must have no pre-existing conditions in the arms (which includes shoulder, arm, wrist, hand, fingers) such as tendinitis, existing or recurring pain, etc.
  • You are not pregnant - We dont want to induce stress on neonates.

What will you do ?

Quality Management System Leadership

  • Establish a strong QMS foundation aligned with Jabil Global QMS and ISO 9001:2015 Standards.Β 

  • Own the Quality Policy and measurable qualityΒ objectivesΒ throughout the site;Β monitorΒ performance and drive corrective actions where needed.Β 

  • Lead Management Review processes β€” ensuring data-driven decision-making and compliance visibility.Β 

Auditing & Compliance

  • Plan and execute internal audits across engineering and operations (with focus on IC,Β Planning,Β and other core Manufacturing Processes), product management, customerΒ support.Β 

  • Serve asΒ primaryΒ liaison with external auditors, certification bodies, and regulatory partners.Β 

  • Track and ensure closure of nonconformities, corrective actions, and risk mitigations. A strong grip on basics such as FMEA and Control Plan is a plus point.Β 

  • Champion structured problem-solving using 8D, RCA, FMEA, DMAIC or equivalent frameworks.Β 

Document & Process Ownership

  • Own lifecycle management for QMS documentation β€” including processes, SOPs, Work Instructions, and Quality Records.Β 

  • Partner with system owners to ensure traceability and version control across Jabil document control tools.Β 

Customer & Stakeholder Focus

  • Integrate Voice of Customer (VoC) into QMS improvements and product roadmaps.Β 

  • Lead quality representation in major incident reviews and customer-impacting events.Β 

  • Track quality KPIs and present insights clearly into executive leadership.Β 

Training & Culture BuildingΒ 

  • Develop and deliver ISO 9001:2015 and QMS awareness training for all functionsΒ starting at New Employee Orientation.Β 

  • Advocate for an initiative-taking quality culture β€” where quality is everyone’s job, not a bureaucratic checkpoint.Β

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quality discipline (master’s preferred)Β 

Experience

  • 5–8 years in Quality Engineering or Quality Systems roles; at least 2-3 years in leading Quality Management Systems

The Registered Nurse, utilizing theoretical concepts as a basis for decisions in practice will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care in accordance with standards of nursing practice for adult/geriatric patients. Candidate must report to facilities within the regional footprint of the home hospital where they are employed. Determination of facilities to be discussed upon hire into position with approval by hiring leader/leadership team.

Qualifications:

- Required Education:

- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.

- Preferred Education: BSN

- Licensure:

- Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

- REQUIRED Experience:

- One year of recent bed-side RN experience to work Med Surg.

- For all other specialties (ICU, etc.) a minimum of two years of recent bed-side RN experience.

- Preferred Experience: Epic experience

- Certifications (Must have to start):

- For Med Surg and Behavioral Health - BLS

- For Women's Health - BLS & NRP

- Physical Requirements/Demands:

- Stand/Walk most of the time on duty; significant amount of bending and stooping, as well as lifting and turning patients with assistance; push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds
