The Role – Electrical Project Manager As Electrical Project Manager, you will take the lead on a major 220kV substation development in North Dublin, including associated grid route works on a live design and build project. This is a senior delivery role with responsibility for coordinating electrical and civil packages, managing programme performance, and ensuring the project is delivered safely and to a high technical standard.
You will play a key role in driving day to day progress on site while also managing client relationships, subcontractor performance, commercial awareness, and reporting. Key Responsibilities • Lead the delivery of a 220kV substation and grid infrastructure project from current stage through to completion and handover
• Manage all electrical works related to HV substation construction, commissioning coordination, and grid connection delivery
• Oversee the interface between civil engineering works and electrical installation packages across the full project scope
• Drive programme, sequencing, and short term planning to keep works moving safely and efficiently
• Ensure all site activities are delivered in line with health and safety standards, statutory obligations, and project requirements
• Coordinate subcontractors, direct teams, consultants, and specialist suppliers across multiple work fronts
• Maintain strong communication with clients, utility stakeholders, and design teams throughout project delivery
• Monitor quality standards across all installation works, inspections, testing plans, and documentation
• Manage reporting on progress, risk, resources, procurement, and key project milestones
• Support commercial and operational teams with project performance, variations, forecasting, and issue resolution

About You • Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• Proven track record as an Electrical Project Manager on HV substation, grid connection, or power infrastructure projects
• Strong experience delivering 110kV, 220kV, or similar high voltage electrical projects
• Background in design and build project delivery with responsibility for programme, safety, quality, and stakeholder coordination
• Good understanding of substations, transmission systems, grid route works, and utility standards
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across civil and electrical packages
• Strong leadership style with the ability to drive performance and maintain high standards on site
• Commercially aware with solid reporting, planning, and risk management capability
• Able to build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal delivery teams
• ESB or utility related project experience would be a strong advantage
• Focused, organised, and comfortable taking ownership of a technically demanding live infrastructure project

A Day In The Life
- Operator will be required to set-up and adjust machines and equipment in order to produce an acceptable quality product.
- Will receive instructions, prints, and route sheets for the job. Will organize and plan operational duties for the shift he/she is assigned.
- Will be required to set-up, operate, program, and troubleshoot Robot Systems (material handling, drilling, and welding) of other robotics pieces of equipment in the welding process to achieve acceptable levels in productivity and quality.
- Perform all required quality tests, certifications, and production checks as required by Quality Assurance or his/her supervisor.
- Operator will continually visually inspect product, record production as required, report/record scrap, and will perform other various duties or rework as assigned.

Operator may be required to make visual inspections, record production, record scrap, keep required production records, and other operations as required.
Operator must have the ability to read and interpret drawings, routing sheets and have the ability to satisfactorily use calipers, gages, measuring devises, etc. and perform SPC as required.
Operator will be required to furnish own hand tools.
Operator will be required to maintain machines, equipment and work area in a clean and orderly manner.

The Role – Health & Safety Manager
The Health & Safety Manager will take ownership of the company’s HSE strategy across Ireland and Europe, supporting multiple renewable energy construction projects including wind farms, solar developments, battery storage, grid infrastructure and data centres.
Working closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team, you will lead the development and implementation of best in class health and safety systems while ensuring full compliance with Irish and EU legislation. This is a senior leadership role focused on driving a strong safety culture across multiple sites, improving reporting frameworks and ensuring that all projects operate to the highest safety standards.
You will work closely with project managers, engineers and site teams across Europe, providing guidance on risk management, audits, incident investigations and regulatory compliance while supporting the continued expansion of the company’s renewable energy portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement the company’s HSE strategy across renewable energy projects in Ireland and Europe
- Ensure compliance with Irish and European health and safety legislation including Construction Regulations, PUWER, LOLER and associated directives
- Manage and maintain HSE management systems including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 across all project locations
- Carry out internal and external HSE audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively
- Provide guidance to project teams on RAMS, risk assessments, permit to work systems and safe work planning
- Drive a positive safety culture across project teams and subcontractors with a focus on behavioural safety
- Develop and maintain HSE performance reporting and KPIs across multiple European projects
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Deliver training and mentoring for site managers, engineers and supervisors on key safety topics
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, certification bodies and project stakeholders during inspections and audits
- Support environmental and sustainability initiatives including waste management and environmental risk controls
- Produce monthly and quarterly safety performance reports for senior management and project stakeholders
About You
- Chartered IOSH member CMIOSH or equivalent qualification such as NEBOSH Diploma or MSc in Occupational Health and Safety
- 8 to 10 years experience in health and safety within construction, utilities, power generation or renewable energy projects
- Strong background working on wind farms, solar farms, battery storage or grid infrastructure projects is highly desirable
- Experience managing health and safety across multiple sites and jurisdictions within the EU
- Proven experience implementing and managing ISO 45001 safety management systems

The Cato Corporation is seeking a Junior Allocator to join our Planning & Allocation Team!
JOB SUMMARY:
As an Allocator, you will be trained to evaluate store performance and analyze sales trends by location to maximize sales and profitability. The Allocator creates monthly allocation strategies, identifies and responds to risks and opportunities by store, and is responsible for ensuring that stores have the proper assortment to achieve sales plan. This position works closely with buying, planning and store operations making it a vital role to the company’s success.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Allocate all merchandise in accordance with guidelines established by Allocation Supervisor based on monthly allocation strategy, assortment plans, buyer grid meetings and store performance
- Implement any special attention allocation store needs based on information/lists from Allocation Supervisor or Manager of Allocation. These might include e-commerce, hit lists, all tags, all store buys (ASB), trend lists, store ops initiatives, etc
- Allocate replenishment styles weekly based on approved guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of hold stores or new store development store inventory position. Allocate as appropriate to hit specified targets by department/class, ensuring appropriate opening inventory levels
- Using available information in JDA Allocation and OBIEE, provide all necessary business information to the teams
- Use all available reports to better understand and analyze store performance
- Maintain ongoing communication with store and field personnel, relay feedback to merchandising staff, answer store merchandising questions whenever appropriate, etc
- Visit stores in general vicinity of corporate office
- Attend weekly and monthly touch base meetings with Allocation Supervisor or Manager of Allocation
- Attend grid meetings monthly with buyers for area of business to see assortment for next month’s receipts; note specific allocation instructions in JDA comments after grid meeting/product review meetings
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Mathematical aptitude
- Working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Strong communication and organizational skills

What you’ll do:
The Senior SCADA Engineer will lead the design, implementation, integration, and administration of our VTSCADA and real-time operational systems supporting distributed energy assets. This role combines engineering depth, system ownership, and team leadership, with responsibility for designing scalable SCADA architecture that enables rapid fleet growth while proactively improving system reliability to reduce downtime and operational risk. You will serve as the technical authority across SCADA architecture, integrations, grid support telemetry, and real-time operations systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- SCADA Architecture & System Ownership: Lead SCADA system design, development, and maintenance; set standards for telemetry, alarms, and data integrity; provide technical oversight and serve as escalation authority; ensure compliance with cybersecurity and operational standards.
- Grid & Utility Integrations: Design ICCP integrations and telemetry models for utility and market participation; ensure secure, reliable data flow with external entities.
- Real-Time SCADA Operations: Oversee engineering, commissioning, and operational support for SCADA systems; maintain uptime and performance; review site SCADA designs and configurations; support system upgrades and enhancements; collaborate with IT and Operations for secure infrastructure.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive automation, tooling, and database improvements; strengthen change management and governance processes; enhance system reliability and operational performance.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or related Engineering/Science field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years SCADA engineering experience (VTSCADA, Siemens, Emerson, or similar) in energy or utility environments
- 5+ years supporting real-time operational systems
- Hands-on ICCP/utility data exchange experience (ERCOT, RTOs, ISOs)
- Experience with Autosol ACM or similar utility-grade SCADA platforms
- Strong understanding of grid operations, telemetry architecture, and distributed energy/microgrid systems
- Proficiency with distributed systems, Windows servers, networking, cybersecurity, and relational databases (e.g., MS SQL)
- Experience leading technical projects, mentoring engineers, and establishing governance standards
- Demonstrated track record improving system reliability, reducing operational risk, and enhancing real-time system performance
