We are looking for you - dynamic, best-in-class talent - to join the growing Commerce team as a Manager. In this role you will be responsible for managing Sr. Associates & Associates and supporting in the development, planning, buying, executing and measuring media plans for designated shopper/commerce media clients. Responsibilities
Retail Media Knowledge
o Knowledge of multiple retail media networks & their platforms, may include Amazon, Walmart, Roundel, Kroger, etc.
o Seasoned experience with self-service search platforms for both retailer specific (e.g. WMC, Roundel Media Studio, etc.) as well as aggregators (e.g. Criteo, Citrus, Pacvue, Skai, etc.)
o Comfortable and knowledgeable with D2C platforms (e.g. Google, Bing, Shopping, etc.)
o Understands individual RMN capabilities across tactic, targeting, reporting methodology, etc.
* Account Management & Strategy
o Active participant in development, presentation, management and measurement of omnichannel commerce media programs and defines program objectives and strategies consistent with brand marketing objectives
o Ensures strategic consistency across all elements of plan development and implementation
o Participates in and guides Senior Associate during campaign buildout inclusive of keywords/targeting. Coaches Senior Associate campaign creation and search strategy to get best plan for client

Responsibilities
* Work with search director to develop campaign strategies and is responsible for the execution of search campaigns against the strategy

The Paid Search Strategist is responsible for managing paid search campaigns from top to
bottom, including but not limited to paid search campaign set-up, budget management, setting
and adhering to KPIs, optimization, reporting and identifying actionable insights for our clients.
Duties/Responsibilities:
● Manage high volume paid search and YouTube campaigns for multiple clients.
● Maintain targeted campaign budgets, develop strong internal and external
relationships, and control campaign risks.
● Engage in all facets of clients’ SEM campaigns, including initial planning,
implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting.
● Collaborate with the Media team to integrate paid search into overarching media
recommendations.
● Execute campaign launches: keyword and copy creation, analytics and tracking

● Daily campaign management: Monitoring campaign performance against client goals,

● Identify and recommend opportunities in related channels outside of search (YouTube,

● Manage platform tools to effectively achieve the highest ROAS/ROI across the major
search engines (Google, Bing, Amazon, YouTube, etc.) as well as be a champion for
wider Google advertising where appropriate.
● Develop campaign copy/creative, text-based titles and descriptions; establish keyword
creations and mapping to campaign goals.
● Must be able to minimize CPC by increasing your quality index.
● Generate performance reports and conduct campaign audits.

● Develop performance metrics to provide recommendations and continually revise

What You Will Be DoingThe Hospital for Special Surgery Data & Analytics team is seeking a Director with a dedicated focus on supporting the Payer Strategy & Contracting function. In this role, you will report into the Data & Analytics team while serving as the primary data partner to leaders and team members in Payer Strategy.
