BOUTIQUE ASSISTANT ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Boutique Assistant elevates the in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments. They will execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences. The Boutique Assistant will utilize their knowledge of products and services to maximize customer satisfaction during each interaction.
- Deliver an exceptional welcome to clients and ensure outstanding hospitality throughout their visit.
- Manage the flow of boutique traffic to ensure that all clients are attended to in a timely manner.
- Assist the sales team with various activities to facilitate a seamless customer experience (running product, gift wrapping, beverage service, data capture, etc.).
- Assist with CRM-related activities, including data entry and reporting.
- Oversee the general upkeep and appearance of the sales floor.
- Assist the service department when necessary.
- Assist in merchandising and display maintenance (e.g., understock organization, maintaining proper visual standards, wrap area stocking).
- Develop an understanding and knowledge of products.
- Understand and comply with security and operational procedures (product handling, inventory control, etc.).
- Uphold Brown & Co standards while projecting an approachable and professional image by adhering to the dress code.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Help with special events.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Previous retail experience required; luxury retail, service, or hospitality experience is a plus.

Your role will include:
- Assessing respiratory status by performing focused exams, interpreting breath sounds and airway patency, and determining the need for respiratory interventions.
- Delivering evidence-based therapy by providing oxygen support, aerosolized medications, airway clearance techniques, and other treatments across emergency, critical care, and acute settings.
- Managing ventilation and airways by assisting with artificial airway placement, initiating and adjusting invasive and noninvasive ventilation, monitoring patient responses, and responding quickly to clinical changes or emergencies.
- Supporting patients and the care team by educating patients and families, serving as a clinical resource, partnering with physicians and nurses, and helping stabilize newborns during deliveries when needed.
- Maintaining equipment and safety by setting up, operating, and cleaning respiratory equipment; ensuring readiness and preventive maintenance; transporting ventilated patients safely; and following all infection-prevention standards.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date

Overview
The Alvin J. Siteman Cancer Center at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Washington University School of Medicine is an international leader in cancer treatment, research, prevention, education and community outreach. Division 11800 is a 32-bed single occupancy unit that provides care to oncology patients who are hospitalized for cancer treatment and symptom management, including support for immunosuppression and/or neutropenia. The care is moderate to high acuity. Care includes high complexity interventions serving patients on both the Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) and Oncology services. The presence of two services provides broad oncology experiences for the nurse. Care is coordinated by a multidisciplinary team including oncology nurses, advanced practice nurses, case managers, coordinators, social workers, spiritual care, pharmacy and psycho-social support. Professional nursing growth and development are expected, encouraged and supported by the Oncology Nursing Fellowship Program for new graduate nurses, the Career Ladder Program, the Oncology Nursing Society's (ONS) Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Course, and educational preparation for the Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) program.

Position Summary
The Retail Sales Merchandiser (RSM) is responsible for servicing and selling to retail accounts within an assigned territory to ensure Client standards are met and volume is increased.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Sales and Merchandising
- Maintain Client objectives by ensuring secondary placements of product(s) are fully stocked, correctly signed, properly faced, and set to schematics
- Shelf Standards and Conditions: authorization of items to meet Client shelf schematic standards
- Meet Client and Company objectives by maintaining full distribution on existing SKUs.
- Take direction regarding tagging, rotating, and placing POS materials for products on shelf
- Prepare for and respond to audits
- Manage time and prioritize for store call coverage
- Complete accurate and timely paperwork and reports, recaps, itineraries, timesheets, expense reports, etc.
- May provide feedback for Client audit objectives
Customer Relations
- Communicate effectively both internally with management and externally with all customers
- Build rapport with Clients and Customers
- Field questions and proactively develop action plans to resolve issues

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work may be performed in an office, field, retail store, or warehouse environment. Typically requires the ability to spend 66%+ hours each work day doing the following activities: engage in considerable physical activity, ability to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds, stand on feet for long periods of time, use products or cook food as appropriate for the demonstration, and may be required to work in extremely cold conditions (i.e. refrigerated and freezer sections).
