Brown & Brown is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our growing team in Doral, FL!
Responsibility is to retain clients throughservicing and management of complex client relationships both internally and externally. Collaborate with members of the department to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve client satisfaction.
How You Will Contribute:
- Responsible for the day-to-day account management of an assigned book of business, including but not limited to processing policies/endorsements, invoicing, issuance of certificates of insurance, claims reporting and follow up as needed, premium breakdowns, auto ID cards, policy changes, review of policy forms, providing coverage comparisons, loss analysis and responding to coverage questions.
- Build courteous and successful relationships with clients, vendors and carriers to improve client retention.

- Manage the review of internal compliance and client disclosure requirements, policies, endorsements and certificates to ensure alignment with client expectations and legal requirements.
- Assist in growing the assigned book of business through account rounding and referrals.
- Support marketing and sales teams as needed.
- Document renewal, sales, and insurance operations compliance documents into the sales management database.
- Promote teamwork, support, knowledge sharing and a positive attitude in the department and office.

Licenses and Certifications:

Skills & Experience to Be Successful:

Tower Street Insurance is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to serve as the primary strategic advisor and service lead for a portfolio of middle-market and large risk commercial clients. This role partners closely with Producers and internal account management teams to design, implement, and manage comprehensive insurance programs that address clientsβ evolving risk management needs.
The Account Executive is responsible for overseeing account strategy, managing renewals, presenting coverage recommendations, and ensuring exceptional client service while maintaining strong retention across the book of business. This position also plays a key role in supporting new business opportunities and strengthening long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary service lead and trusted advisor for assigned Commercial Lines clients.

Summary
This leadership position will support a designated producer by creating additional capacity. This will be achieved by taking the lead in addressing client issues and providing strategic oversight for assigned small business clients. The Client Relationship Specialist (CRS) will also provide support for the producer's new business efforts and collaborate with service team members to resolve issues, answer questions, and offer strategic guidance. - Maintain a valid unrestricted California Fire & Casualty Solicitors license and a valid Drivers license.
- Achieve and maintain advanced insurance designations applicable to the above duties such as CPCU or CIC designations.
- Excellent understanding of insurance terminology, trends and factor influencing the industry, and the various lines of Business Insurance insurance.
- Proficiency with MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Work Environment & Physical Demands

- Travel to client sites will be required. Usually travel is within driving distance, but may occasionally consist of a 1 to 2 night stay.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $90,100 to $167,900.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
