Come join our Digital Branch as a Digital Banker and take your career to a level unattainable in a traditional bank environment! The Digital Banker is promotes the Bank's consumer lending, deposit gathering and non- interest income initiatives for the Digital Branch. This role represents the true voice of the client and will be at the forefront of delivering a superior experience to our clients. Primary Responsibilities:
- Customer Service- Provide high touch personalized customer service through daily virtual interactions with the client base. Conduct user surveys and collaborate with designers and engineers to identify efficient/scalable customer-centric solutions that drive user satisfaction, conversion rates, and automation.
- Client Onboarding- Facilitate digital client onboarding and support.

Come join our Digital Branch as the Commercial Solar
Lender and take your career to a level unattainable in a traditional bank environment! The Commercial Solar Lender plays a pivotal role in advancing the commercial solar lending segment within the Digital Branch. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end processing of all commercial solar loan applications received through the portal, ensuring the accuracy of application information, and maintaining ongoing customer relationships throughout the loan lifecycle. The role also involves collaborating with bank counterparts to provide status updates to installers, ensuring seamless communication. Primary Responsibilities:
- Sales- Complete the processing of Commercial Solar Loan applications submitted through the portal. For C&I Solar Loan applications that meet the automated decision criteria, verify accuracy and finalize processing. Job Responsibilities
* Underwrite and recommend action on loan applications to small and mid-size commercial businesses and professional practices based on current SBA guidelines. Loans range in size from $200,000 to $5,000,000 and include loans to purchase owner-occupied commercial real estate, equipment, business and professional practice acquisitions, business expansions and debt refinancing.
* Apply conventional judgmental analysis as the primary underwriting method.
* Provide detailed requests for credit approval including financial statement analysis, business history, collateral adequacy, credit background & management's ability in order to determine credit worthiness.
* Identify and properly mitigate credit weaknesses and policy exceptions.
* Act as a liaison between credit administration and the sales team with frequent direct client contact, as necessary.
* Determine and assign credit risk ratings.

We build schools, medical offices, data centers, and many other types of buildings. This role will work closely with the engineering group and will provide support to sales, estimating, and production teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in structural analysis and engineering design principles for both gravity and lateral systems with various building materials including wood and steel. The role provides structural engineering support and services to multiple modular manufacturing facilities around the United States. This position is remote with minimal travel required.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to the engineering team (or individually) to move a project through the structural design phase
- Provide a complete structural calculations package for the entire design of modular units both individually and as a multi-unit complex for the state submission of each project
- Structural calculations are to include a comprehensive design of the modular unit for both the gravity and lateral systems
- Gravity designs consist of roof framing members, bearing walls, continuous span multi-layer plywood beams, structural steel clean-span trusses, engineered posts, built-up posts, HSS structural steel posts, floor joists, and wide flange structural steel chassis members

The Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley is generating an applicant pool of qualified temporary instructors to teach courses in the Sustainable and Impact Finance initiative (especially for the Sustainable Investment Fund and the Climate Solutions Finance course but also other courses covering material in climate and impact financial intermediation or entrepreneurial finance, public-private partnerships, and climate finance solutions), should an opening arise. Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $17.89per hour - $28.98per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health.
