The Opportunity
As an Audit Lead, you'll support audit engagements of varying complexity, often participating in cross-functional, risk-based assurance and advisory projects, contributing to the quality of audit work. A key aspect of this role involves testing models and model-related tools as part of audit engagements. You will support Auditor-In-Charge (AIC) responsibilities and maintain knowledge of financial services regulations, effectively responding to and interacting with regulators.
This role provides support and oversight to multiple audit engagements and participates in the review of engagement planning, fieldwork, and reporting. You will also manage strategic initiatives and assist with the development and implementation of a risk-based audit plan. You will serve as, and/or partner with, subject matter expert(s) within audit or the business to analyze issues, establish collaborative client relationships, and proactively work with client management to assess risk and improve internal controls. What you have:

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 7+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
- Experience with one of the following:
- Planning and execution of verification certification or acceptance test efforts (lab, ground and/or flight tests)
- Decomposition of Government or customer standards, development of certification or integrity plans, execution of verification/certification programs
- Development of deliverables requiring coordination across multiple engineering disciplines
- Prior Systems Engineering experience to include but not limited to system design, functional decomposition, requirements development, analysis, verification, and validation
- Experience with MBSE, Cameo/MSOSA, and/or SysML
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
- Experience developing and/or managing program baselines
- Demonstrated experience developing system architectures for complex aerospace vehicles or subsystems using MBSE (SysML/MSOSA)
- Performing or closely supporting development of architecture, requirements and verification for RF systems (Communications, radar, electromagnetic environmental effects (E3), etc.) or RF test systems/facilities.
- Prior leadership in system architecture or lead systems engineering roles; experience communicating architectural tradeoffs to stakeholders and customers
- Understanding of various engineering analyses, including affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success
- Background systems engineering processes such as RIO and TPM management, technical review planning/execution, etc.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: $136,850 – $185,150

Our large pharmaceutical client in Spring House, PA is seeking an Associate Scientist to join their growing Cell Therapy Drug Product Development organization and support ongoing CAR-T programs. Training is provided for this role and this team provides a lot of opportunity for growth! Other responsibilities include:
- Supporting CAR-T formulation and cryopreservation activities
- Collecting, verifying and analyzing data and results
- Participating in the executive of formulation and process characterization studies
- Implementing and maintaining high quality standards for all aspects of work conducted including adherence to regulatory GLP/GMP, departmental, and safety& compliance guidelines
- Tracking and coordinating inventory and overseeing sample coordination internally
- Coordinating and storing project-specific inventory, including patient material that was procured by and for a specific team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with cell culture and aseptic techniques
- Cell cryopreservation experience including formulation, freezing, and transfer to storage
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Biology, Biochemistry or related discipline
- CAR T Cell Therapy experience is preferred
Salary: $75,000-$85,000 (flexible based on experience)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Hiring Method: Multiyear contract – After 1 year on contract, the individual will have the opportunity to apply for a permanent role or have their contract renewed for another year
