Role Overview
The Growth Marketing & Content Manager will be responsible for building and managing
digital marketing campaigns that generate buyer leads for new construction homes and

This role combines data-driven marketing with creative content creation.
The ideal candidate is comfortable running digital advertising campaigns, creating
engaging marketing content, and coordinating freelancers when needed.This is a hands-on role where you will have significant ownership and the opportunity to help

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation Campaigns
Develop and manage digital campaigns that attract buyers interested in homes in our core
markets.
Responsibilities include:
• Running Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
• Running Google search campaigns targeting home buyers
• Testing different messaging and audiences to generate leads
• Monitoring performance and improving cost per lead
The goal is to create a consistent flow of qualified buyer leads.
2. Listing Marketing & Campaign Launches
Turn each new listing into a coordinated marketing campaign.
Examples include:

• new listing announcements
• open house marketing

Work closely with agents and builders to ensure listings receive maximum exposure.
3. Content Creation
Create engaging content that attracts buyers and strengthens the company’s brand.Examples include:

• new construction walkthroughs
We already work with professional photographers and videographers, and this role will help
coordinate and distribute that content.
4. Freelancer & Vendor Management
Identify and manage external creative support when needed.
Examples include:
• hiring video editors
• working with graphic designers
• coordinating drone footage
• managing freelancers on platforms like Upwork or Fiverr
This role should be comfortable directing creative work and maintaining consistent quality.
5. Lead Tracking & Data Management
Organize and track marketing-generated leads using simple tools such as Google Sheets and
email lists.
Responsibilities include:

The salary range for this position is listed below. Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop reports and dashboard to support various stakeholders such as finance, Procurement, IT and Sales
- Dashboard creation / visualization using Tableau, with Data extracted from Amazon Redshift and Snowflake.
- Perform predictive modeling and forecasting using Python, R and Tableau
- Design, extract and integrate data components from multiple sources, such as Amazon Redshift, Salesforce, Snowflake
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Google App Script projects for various applications within Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.)
- Driving and tracking the adoption of dashboards and reports to measure success; iterate as needed
- Detailed data validation to ensure directional accuracy
- Server license management and data access enablement as well as data visualization support
- Manage, update and document processes, websites, and training documentation.
- Drive the development of and deliver training on data sources/tools to enhance the end users' ability to analyze the business
- Ensure the delivery of complex data required to support the needs of predictive Modeling and Analytics
- Perform rigorous testing and post-validation publishing of reports
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Math, or Statistics) or equivalent
- 3+ years of data analytics and reporting experience
Required Skills:
- Excellent data visualization skills
- Solid experience in creating dashboard reporting in Tableau is a must for this position
- Hand-on experience with Tableau, SQL, Salesforce, Python, R, Google App Script, HTML and Power BI are required for this role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Access. Experience with designing, configuring, automating custom reports within these programs.
- Thorough understanding of data modeling and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.

This position will develop, design, implement and optimize AMA Ed
Hub marketing plans and tactics to help achieve mission and business growth and
engagement objectives for AMA Ed Hub. Leverage analytics-driven insights to advance
plans in alignment with established business priorities and objectives. Increase
AMA Ed Hub personalization through segmentation, adherence to digital best
practices and utilization and optimization of email and platform automation. Collaborate
with cross-functional teams, including content, product, analytics and other
internal stakeholders, to develop personalized campaigns while enhancing campaign
performance, learners' engagement and audience growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and Implement Personalization Plans
- Develop and execute acquisition and retention marketing plans for AMA Ed Hub users, leveraging personalization as a key driver of increase audience relevance, conversion and retention.
- Develop data-driven audience segments to deliver personalized messaging across channels while building and maintaining automated nurture and retention flows to drive audience engagement.
- Work closely with analysts, editors, web developers, and others to ensure the accurate branding, editorial accuracy and technical integrity of all content in marketing efforts.
- Plan and manage the execution of personalized user journeys across website and email marketing channels through our Customer Data Platform and Customer Communications Management platform to achieve retention and engagement goals.
- Work with email team to plan and execute segmented email campaigns, drip and triggered ones, email testing plan to optimize results.

Design and Implement Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Build audience segments for targeted, personalized email campaigns and automated customer journeys.

- Work with platform team to create scalable solutions to support the automation of personalization of user journeys across marketing channels

- Act as marketing liaison with selected internal and external education providers to ensure promotion of educational content to appropriate channels.
- Work with collaborators, vendors and subject matter experts to create high quality and impactful marketing assets to deploy across channels, including but not limited to online banner ads, ad hoc email, newsletters etc.
Analysis and Optimization
- Monitor and analyze performance using tools such as Google Analytics (GA), Google DataStudio, Tableau, identifying trends and actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Use behavioral data, preferences, and triggers to create and optimize tailored customer experiences.
- Pull and synthesize data from multiple sources (including marketing automation platforms) to create comprehensive campaign performance reports for several stakeholders.
- Develop data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing channels (email, site, etc.) based on KPIs such as user engagement, conversions, CTR, and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to identify and implement the most effective campaign components (e.g., messaging, creative, calls-to-action), and document results to inform future strategies.
Staff Management
- Lead, mentor, and provide management oversight for staff.
- Responsible for setting objectives, evaluating employee performance, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree required; concentration in Marketing, Data Analysis, or other analytical related field preferred.

This role is an exempt position, and the salary range for this position is $85,680-$113,526. This is the lowest to highest salary we believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Responsibilities
In your role as a Client Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation of tools supporting the business internal needs and standards, as well as support of the IT related needs of our end-users. You will be involved in the design and implementation of tools and their supporting infrastructure, to improve the daily experience of our users across the entire business. This will include managing SaaS services, managing physical infrastructure, and cloud infrastructure to support the needs of the teams at Reliable.
