The Salaried Home Health Weekend Registered Nurse is responsible for providing and documenting skilled nursing care in accordance with the developed care plan and physicians’ orders for each individual patient while adhering to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries. This person will do admissions for the Brookfield branch.
Schedule: 3-4 days covering every Sat/Sun with 1 or 2 additional days during the week.

Essential Job Functions:
- Develop a plan of care through physician orders, client input, and nursing assessment to include medical interventions and measurable goals and outcomes.
- Educate clients and their family members based on client’s specific needs.

- Coordinate the continuum of hands on client care through documentation and timely communication with the client's physician and other caregivers.

- Hospice patient identification, follow-up, and management in the hospital

Position Purpose
As an MRI Technologist you will work in a collaborative environment to deliver excellent patient care in a clinic or practice environment. An MRI Technologist injects patients with contrast media, such as a dye, so that the images will show up on the scanner. The scanners use magnetic fields in combination with the contrast agent to produce images that a physician can use to diagnose medical problems
What you will do:
- Performs MRI examination accurately and proficiently with an understanding of protocols for each exam.
- Knowledgeable in the proper use of the PACS and RIS systems in accordance with set protocols and the manufacturer recommendations.
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of computer language and cross-sectional anatomy. Demonstrates an understanding of magnetic physics and practices appropriate safety procedures in the magnet area.
- Patients served include all age groups (Infant through Older Adults as identified in Performance Standards).
Licensure:

Position Purpose
As an MRI Technologist you will work in a collaborative environment to deliver excellent patient care in a clinic or practice environment. An MRI Technologist injects patients with contrast media, such as a dye, so that the images will show up on the scanner. The scanners use magnetic fields in combination with the contrast agent to produce images that a physician can use to diagnose medical problems
What you will do:
- Performs MRI examination accurately and proficiently with an understanding of protocols for each exam.
- Knowledgeable in the proper use of the PACS and RIS systems in accordance with set protocols and the manufacturer recommendations.
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of computer language and cross-sectional anatomy. Demonstrates an understanding of magnetic physics and practices appropriate safety procedures in the magnet area.
- Patients served include all age groups (Infant through Older Adults as identified in Performance Standards).
Licensure:
- Florida CRT License is required.
- ARRT is required
- ARRT (MR) is required
- BLS certification is required
- Experience as a Radiology Technologist is preferred.
