General Purpose

 Essential Job Functions (not all inclusive)

  1. Assist Director of Nursing (DON) in organizing, implementing, evaluating and directing the programs and activities of the nursing departments.
  2. Assist in developing and implementing methods for coordinating nursing services with other resident services, such as activity programs.
  3. Implement plans of action to correct deficiencies.
  4. Complete medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charts, etc.
  5. Supervise resident’s care, conduct compliance rounds throughout the day to assure quality of care and to address problems, as necessary. Make appropriate documentation.
  6. Conduct tour and obtain essential information for possible admission.
  7. Inform staff of new admissions, ensure that rooms are ready; greet new admissions and escort to rooms. Ensure that any equipment, medication, treatment and other supplies are available.
  8. Supervise Nursing Assistants, Charge Nurses, LPNs and Med Tech, if applicable.
  9. Assist in counseling, evaluating, and terminating nursing services personnel with guidance from Administrator and DON.
  10. Ensure schedules and work assignments, including vacation and holiday schedules, are implemented to ensure adequate staffing, including replacing call-ins.
  11. Other duties as assigned or that may become necessary

A Teller Rotating will work in various branch offices in a defined geographical area. A Teller is responsible to create and deliver a positive customer experience while conducting financial transactions. Our Stroke Treatment & Recovery is a 29-bed unit with stroke patients and as well as medical overflow patients. You also gain the experience to work with other disciplines to provide care to these patients.

A Radiologic Technologist performs a full scope of radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures and acquires and analyzes data needed for diagnosis at the request of and for interpretation by a licensed practitioner.

Radiologic Technologists independently perform or assist the licensed practitioner in the completion of radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures.

Description

The Sr Coding and CDI Specialist has the overall responsibility for conducting in-depth reviews of clinical documentation to ensure compliance with coding guidelines, regulatory requirements, clinical validation, and overall accuracy of coding for the Temple University Health System. Provide coding expertise and guidance to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Identify and address coding-related compliance issues. Facilitate improvement in overall quality, completeness, and accuracy of the medical record documentation. Stays up to date with coding guidelines, regulations, and industry changes. Serves as an expert for CDI and Coding teams on topics such as coding compliance, clinical validation, PSIs, HACs and Vizient variables. Communicates and collaborates with the CDI and Coding Leadership teams to provide feedback on medical chart reviews.

NOVA Engineering is currently seeking afully-certified Commercial Building Code Inspector in Panama City Beach FL. Primary duties will include performing building code inspections and/or plans review (building / structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing – as licensed) on residential and commercial buildings, as well as managing specific projects related to these types of code inspections.
