Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Pittsburgh, PA, with some flexibility to work from home. The Inventory Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and managing inventory levels to support operational efficiency. Daily tasks include monitoring stock levels, implementing inventory control strategies, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize inventory performance. The role requires strong data-driven decision-making and frequent communication with relevant stakeholders.
Responsibilities
· Manage and optimize inventory levels of designated product categories and segments to ensure product availability and operational efficiency for all Busy Beaver locations.
· Conduct regular stock analyses and identify potential issues with outage or overstock situations; ensure minimum order points are established and accurate
· Forecast on demand for assigned product categories
· Collaborate with merchandising, sales, and operation teams to minimize stockouts and excess inventory and problem solve to course correct
· Identify trends and discrepancies with ability to recommend strategies for improvement
· Analyze root causes of inventory challenges and provide resolutions
· Identify cost savings opportunities within product distribution
· Generating inventory reports, maintaining accurate records, and utilizing inventory management systems to support business objectives
· Develop, implement, train and maintain all procedures and processes necessary for efficient and effective inventory management

Performs advanced technical/engineering problem solving in support of power plant operations. Responsible for technical decisions. Possesses excellent knowledge in functional discipline and its practical application and has detailed knowledge of applicable industry codes and regulations.
Primary duties and accountabilities include:
- Oversee feasibility studies and design activities for new build/commercial projects
- Applies experience to ensure feasibility studies provide accurate assessments of projects and outcomes for business cases
- Coordinate with nuclear & power engineering counterparts to ensure project scope is clearly delineated and understood
- Ensure technical deliverables are reviewed in a timely manner and challenged thoroughly for technical adequacy

The Patching / SCCM Administrator will provide Tier III IT operations support across the Office of Information Management (OIM) and SC mission systems, with a focus on endpoint management, patching, and compliance. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Intune, and related patching infrastructure, ensuring timely updates, secure baselines, and compliance with DOE directives and federal IT standards. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Windows desktop/server patching, automation, and reporting, while supporting hybrid environments and evolving enterprise service delivery models.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and deploy Windows OS and application patches across servers and endpoints in accordance with OIM policy.
- Validate patch compliance against secure configuration baselines and DOE directives.
- Perform pre- and post-patch testing, documenting results and mitigating issues.
- Maintain patch deployment records, including maintenance logs, validation history, and compliance reports.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to remediate vulnerabilities identified through patching gaps.
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), including collections, deployments, task sequences, and reporting.
- Support Microsoft Intune for mobile device and modern endpoint management.

Minimum Qualifications:

The Electrician, Maintenance performs a variety of electrical trade functions such as the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment for the generation, distribution, or utilization of electric energy (Electrical Distribution System).
Essential Duties:
- Performs maintenance and repair of electrical equipment such as generators, transformers, switchboards, controllers, circuit breakers, motors, heating units, conduit systems, or other transmission equipment.
- Troubleshoots and makes repairs when large power interruptions occur as well as preventing such outages from occurring.
- Tests electrical systems and equipment for the integrity and proper function.

About the Role
You will be responsible to secure, maintain, and troubleshoot our computer networks so that our networks operate efficiently and meet business requirements.

These areas include, but are not limited to the web storefronts, mobile/loyalty apps, social media platforms, promotional emails and consumer rewards/contests. This role involves maintaining the integrity of the product, pricing, inventory and store locator data and measures performance criteria related to traffic, click-through rates, search/browse/nav behavior, site monetization, conversion rates, ROAS and other web analytics. This manager works regularly with internal business stakeholders such as Marketing, Social, UX/Design and Copywriters. Production defect management is also a part of the role working in partnership with internal Web Developers and IT in addition to engaging with external vendors associated with web hosting, site caching, analytics, reviews and other modules related to 3rd party technology service providers.
This role is responsible for the execution of operational initiatives developed in the above areas in collaboration with the Vice President of IT Data Digital & Marketing. The Manager needs to be highly collaborative, well organized, with strong communication & problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should also have management experience to lead individual contributor(s), contractors & vendors as the role evolves over time to include additional digital responsibilities.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
•Work with stakeholders to define and attain key performance metrics to ensure healthy operations.
•Develop operations processes in partnership with other teams, including release schedules, content batch processes, storefront outages and other site-impacting changes.
•Implement processes to identify systemic vulnerabilities and address them promptly through enhancements, policies and training.
•Develop processes to identify emerging issues and engage the appropriate teams.
•Directly manage high impact issue resolution by collaborating with IT, Customer Care and Social Media as well as internal business stakeholders.
•Manage executive communications on high profile issues.
•Ensure that root cause analyses are completed, and action plans are defined, documented and completed.
•Work with internal teams, BPO resources & 3rd party vendors to achieve a digital operational center of excellence.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
•Bachelors' degree or higher
•Minimum 5 years online operations experience within a multichannel environment
•2+ years managing FTE, vendors or contractors for performance
•Proficient in Tag Management, GA4, Looker Studio, Grafana, MPulse and/or other web analytics tools/utilities
•Ability to think strategically and add value to the business
•Highly motivated with the ability to function independently and solve problems
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor and develop other team members
•Knowledge of Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC), GCP and OCI a plus

Responsibilities:
Own project from kickoff to completion
Work with Sales/Engineering to create 100% Project Packet to manage job from
Develop/Adjust Overall Project Schedule after kick off meeting based on the following variables:
- Procurement lead times
- Equipment availability (trailers, lifts, specialty tools, etc)
- Engineering/Permitting requirements
- Geography of assigned projects
- Requirements for engineered drawings
Manage permitting process to include:
- Determine what is needed for permitting
- Manage interal and external resources as needed to produce needed documents for permitting
- Complete the permitting process
Develop Overall Construction Schedule to include:
- Create task level construction schedule
- Desired order of operations/completion
- Coordinate and document equipment rentals, subcontractors, material purchasing
- Coordinate mobilization dates, outage dates, and construction schedule with customer
Ensure that no work is performed outside of the scope of the contract without approval of Sales Account Manager
Notify Account Manager of issues that would lead project to NOT be completed at or under budget and/or with 100% customer satisfaction
Seek/Strive to develop processes that streamline operations and cut costs
Lead project specific customer communication and manage customer expectations throughout project life cycle
Lead/manage overall project documentation process to include:
- Design level documentation
- Review Sales/Engineering provided project packet to ensure accuracy and thoroughness
- Site visit notes
- Procurements
- Rentals
- Subcontracting
- Daily construction level documentation
- Review for sufficient documentation of daily construction activities from on-site crews
Conduct site visits throughout project and construction to ensure:
- Customer is kept in the loop
- Site is construction ready
- Construction is on schedule
- Construction plan is being adhered to
- Construction site is CLEAN and ORGANIZED at all time and all safety standards are upheld
- Perform a post construction inspection

Position Summary:
The Superintendent – Rail is accountable for planning, organizing, directing units and managing all personnel and activities related to infrastructure construction and operations. The Track Superintendent ensures that the quality of work and materials are upheld and that the schedule is followed as planned as well as enforces and adheres to Company's safety policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Comply with (and actively promote) all Safety policies and procedures including reporting all accidents, incidents and near misses to ensure adherence to our Number One Core Value – Safety, first in everything we do.
- Organize and plan the job with the Project Manager and assist as required.
- Direct oversight responsibility of time sheets for labor and equipment, as well as daily reports complete with quantities worked.
- Develop and maintain client, subcontractor and team member relationships.
- Responsible for maintaining and managing the overall bridge schedule.
- Review, maintain, and monitor crew's productivity and goals daily.
- Review cost reports monthly, initiate field change requests, and prepare vendor or subcontractor back charges with the Project Manager/Project Engineer.
- Enforce quality control and Company safety policies on all aspects of construction.
- Follows the project construction process and schedule to ensure that work is completed on time.
- Review and submit weekly accountability reports.
- Have a clear understanding of pay parameters and specifications by item.
- Provide General Superintendent with a three week look ahead schedule.
- Conduct daily huddles, stretching exercises, and weekly Tool Box Talk with crew.
- Provide Job Hazard Analysis prior to new work activities and review with crew.
- Develop material handling plans with Foremen.
- Identify extra work or change of conditions and report to Project Manager/Project Engineer.
- Ensure that delivery receipts are collected and submitted to field engineers.
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Civil/Transportation Engineering.
- Must have at least 5 years' experience in a heavy civil track/rail construction environment.
- OSHA 10.
- Knowledge of ballasted, embedded track and transit operations with respect to trades that relate to infrastructure maintenance and construction, railroad industry safety standards, material procurement and labor contracts.
- Extensive experience in the repair, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, reconstruction, rehabilitation and installation of track and infrastructure components of a rapid transit system.
- Ability to schedule track outages with work train usage and power removal.
- Capable of estimating with respect to manpower and material support of operating and capital work and providing required tooling and equipment.
