Job Summary:
The Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator supports the facility EHS Manager in administering all environmental, health, and safety programs. This role is responsible for data collection and reporting, supporting training activities, tracking compliance, and maintaining program documentation. The EHS Coordinator serves as a proxy for the EHS Manager when needed and represents the EHS department in daily operations and crossfunctional projects.
Job Responsibilities & Tasks:
Safety
- Assist in the annual implementation of the Safety Roadmap.
- Conduct and participate in facility audits and inspections as needed.
- Prepare and submit reports, including but not limited to incident flash reports, monthly reports, and finding reports from incident investigations or facility inspections.
- Draft policies and procedures related to EHS programs.
- Schedule required safety activities and track their completion, providing communication to key stakeholders regarding progress.
- Support behavioralbased safety programs, incident investigations, and related company initiatives.
- Collaborate on safety celebrations, incentives, and employee engagement activities.
- Perform regular safety GEMBA walks and communicate results.
- Serve as a liaison between EHS and facility departments.
- Support interpretation and implementation of safety regulations and requirements.
- Administer safety committees and task forces as needed.
- Participate in safetyrelated root cause analyses (RCAs) across departments.
Environmental
- Assist with deployment of the Environmental Roadmap annually.
- Review and report findings from environmental investigations, inspections, or testing.
- Assist with the preparation of environmental reports and submit to the appropriate regulatory body or agency.
- Prepare and submit monthly and annual wastewater reports.
- Responsible for collecting and filing data to support air emissions annual compliance requirements.
- Responsible for submitting quarterly storm water reports.
- Shares the responsibility for monitoring and reporting KPIs with operational leadership and EHS Manager.
- Provide or support training related to environmental regulations, permits, and safety requirements.
- Participate in environmental RCAs across departments.
Energy
- Track monthly energy and utility consumption for budgeting and reporting.
- Prepare and submit annual energy consumption reports.
Facilities Security
- Provides secure access to authorized entrants using badges/fobs/codes, etc.
- Administration of the Splan visitor management system in conjunction with the Plant Executive Assistant.
- Conduct routine inspections of exterior facility areas.
- Review security video footage as needed for safety or security investigations.
ISO 14001 and 45001
- Schedule and support internal audits and certification preparation.
- Maintain records and evidence required for certification.
- Create and maintain a filing system for ISO-related documents and evidence.
All additional duties as assigned.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in environmental health sciences, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field preferred.

- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).
Training Requirements
- Hazardous waste training (DOT HAZMAT) training within 2 years of hire.
- ISO 14001 within 1 year of hire.

Sheet Metal Fabrication Workflow Specialist
Starting Hourly: $25/hr (based on experience)
The CAMduct Processor is responsible for converting ductwork designs and online duct orders into accurate, fabrication-ready jobs using Autodesk Fabrication CAMduct. This role processes work from Revit fabrication models and WebDuct/ecommerce systems, applies Comfort Systems USA Southeast fabrication standards, and prepares jobs for production equipment including plasma, coil line, and forming. It also includes reviewing shop drawings to ensure accuracy prior to fabrication.
This is an advanced-level role requiring independent processing, sound decision-making, and proactive problem resolution. The ideal candidate must be very thorough when working on the shop floor and must know how to accurately draw fittings.
Role Focus

Key Responsibilities
- Process ductwork from Revit models into CAMduct
- Process WebDuct / online orders into CAMduct jobs
- Accurately draw fittings for fabrication
- Apply predefined fabrication standards (connectors, seams, gauges, oversize rules)
- Prepare developed patterns for shop use
- Verify quantities, dimensions, and constructability
- Communicate errors, discrepancies, or missing information
- Maintain clean job organization and labeling

The Customer Account Specialist (CAS) develops and maintains customer relationships with buyers and provides support for questions related to purchase orders, quotations, product inquiries, quality issues, and technical assistance. CAS works closely with the Regional Sales Managers to problem solve and find unique solutions to meet the customers' requests in a timely fashion, in support of ODU’s unique selling proposition of quickness. Responsibilities
- Reviews customer purchase orders to ensure all data is correct, identifying unique requirements that meet the ODU standard procedures; ensures order confirmations are sent to customers within 24 hours of receipt of order
- Partners with necessary department(s) to ensure compliance with customer requirements before accepting an order, as well as identifying unique customer requirements and problem solves to find the best solution for all parties

Account Ownership: Serve as the primary, day-to-day headquarters contact for key decision-makers within Aramark, Sodexo/Entegra and manage the customer relationship locally. Lactalis American Group part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a General labor II Packaging Associate based in Nampa, ID. The General Labor II Packaging Associate will be responsible for assuring the finished product meets quality standard and the product identification is correct. Assumes responsibility for the operational flow of machines. Ensures the product meets Lactalis Standards throughout the process and at no time the quality of the cheese is compromised.
From your EXPERTISE to ours
Key responsibilities for this position include:
* Meet efficiency budget levels while producing high quality products.
* Ensure the cheese is properly sealed before placing it in correct containers.
* Prepares correct packages and boxes for the days cheese being packaged.
* Loads and operates machines at a set speed and with minimal stops during process.
* Accurately complete associated CCP and line operation paperwork while maintaining efficiencies.
* Maintain clean and organized work area.
* Interact with associates to maintain efficient process flow.
* Weigh cheese.
* Maintain open line of communication with all line workers and supervisor.
* Perform sanitation duties as assigned.
* Report problems and/or concerns to the on-duty supervisor.
* Attend departmental meetings and training as assigned by the supervisor and/or manager.
* Ensure proper use, identification, mixture, and application of chemicals, including the requirements and use of Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
* Perform other work duties as assigned.

Lactalis Heritage Dairy, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Maintenance Supervisor based in Tulare, CA.
The Maintenance Supervisor will provide leadership to the Maintenance Department in establishing, organizing, planning, and implementing maintenance programs which will support the maintenance strategy across all three shifts of the operation.

Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Owner for Maintenance programs such as Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, Predictive Maintenance, Equipment Overhauls, and Equipment Upgrades. -Position includes the supervision, development, training program and certification needs for the site maintenance team, and the provision of any of the technical services needed to support.
- The Maintenance Supervisor will act as coach/mentor for the Maintenance Planners and Leads for the factory to ensure deep dives into break down elimination and support preventive maintenance planning. Monitor performance of PM compliance goals. Supports Maintenance Leads to prioritize work for execution. Prioritize work as it pertains to food safety and human safety. Provide coaching to areas on equipment reliability.
- The Maintenance Supervisor will provide cross functional support with the Engineering Department for capital projects executed at the site. This will include as appropriate: cost justification, design feedback, project implementation when local labor is used, and support at startups. They will provide back-up support for projects as needed.
- This position will know, understand, enforce, and comply with the sites Environmental Policy. This position targets to support and introduce initiatives to reduce our environmental footprint.
- The supervisor ensures maintenance supports production of high-quality food products. Leveraging team members to propose and execute work that assures compliance to specifications and increases consumer satisfaction.
- The position keeps eye on cash flow per budget (MRO and labor), proposing capital projects where appropriate. Manage stockroom costs and best practices to site practices. Ensure critical spare parts and materials are available as needed.
- The supervisor will support and propose new initiatives to reduce utility costs. This can include through improved efficiency and procurement practices.
- The supervisor will pursue new technologies to improve operations on the processing lines, packaging lines and utilities equipment.
- Is critical to following up with facility team leaders on continuous cost reduction/process improvement ideas and performing other responsibilities as the need arises.
- The position ensures the department is properly trained on how to execute work safely and drive improvements to eliminate any safety risks across the factory.
- Manage properly conservation systems (alarms, security, sprinklers, fire brigade, etc.).
- The candidate must comply with all federal, state, local and company regulatory guidelines. Ensure compliance to PSM guidelines. Be a key member of a HAZMAT team.
- Ensure mechanics and maintenance leads have the proper tools (equipment, training, support, etc.) to support their areas

- Requires broad knowledge in a general professional or technical field normally acquired through four years of college resulting in a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Engineering degree preferred.
- Food Industry experience desired
- Packaging lines and dryer processing experience a plus
- Requires intermediate computer skills. For example, using Microsoft Office, SAP, and AutoCAD to present all documents related to any projects.
- Ability to work with clients, vendors, and other team members at all levels.
- Ability to learn company and site policies and procedures
- Individual must have interpersonal and team skills to function as a team member and leader.

Summary: Responsible for a variety of tasks that requires knowledge and/or ability to learn both production equipment and major utility systems. Will work closely with a Class 3 Mechanic or mentor. This is a training/apprentice level. Ability to progress and desire to learn of high importance.
From your EXPERTISE to ours:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. PM's will be done on a daily basis.
2. Troubleshoot and repair production equipment in production operations, utilities, buildings & grounds, etc.
3. Maintains machines with respect to bearings, assembly, disassembly, power transmission, rigging, and lubrication.
4. Effectively completes bench work utilizing common hand tools.
5. Learns to do rudimentary pipefitting of water, steam, and air lines with steel, plastic, and copper pipe materials.
6. Performs routing preventative maintenance on designated equipment. Will assist upper class mechanic on major overhauls. Learns to identify potential issues and reports these to the necessary persons.
7. Attention to detail and accuracy in work required.
8. Clear communication abilities, written and verbal.
9. Knowledge of computer software helpful.
