Summary:

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for the sales and marketing efforts with the objective of increased profitable sales through creating, building, and maintaining high quality relationships with new and existing customers. Utilize company digital tools and company products and services to connect with consumers, develop creative solutions, generate sales volume, and provide the highest level of customer service.

The CAMduct Processor is responsible for converting ductwork designs and online duct orders into accurate, fabrication-ready jobs using Autodesk Fabrication CAMduct. This role processes work from Revit fabrication models and WebDuct/ecommerce systems, applies Comfort Systems USA Southeast fabrication standards, and prepares jobs for production equipment including plasma, coil line, and forming. It also includes reviewing shop drawings to ensure accuracy prior to fabrication.

This is an advanced-level role requiring independent processing, sound decision-making, and proactive problem resolution. The ideal candidate must be very thorough when working on the shop floor and must know how to accurately draw fittings.

  • Pricing and Competitive Analysis by checking stores for all classes of trade on a regular basis and reporting to team.
  • Manage Customer Portals/Digital Deals, responsible for monitoring our online presence through customer portals.
  • Work closely with our Marketing Manager to plan demo activity for our items.
  • Work with Head of Marketing, marketing team, and sales in planning customer specific trade and marketing promotional calendars.
  • Maintenance of Current Programs for All Customers, including promotional and new item contracts.
  • Assist in preparation of food shows and attend events as needed.
  • Responsible for managing the entire sample request proces.
  • Attend select virtual and in-person calls with customers, including customer buying and marketing team.
  • Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives.
